Started: 1-20-10
Size started: 5.9” BPEL X 4.35” (avg. girth)
Current: 6.375” BPEL X 4.5” (avg girth)
Warm up: 5-10 min
Cool dowm: some edging 5-15min and a hot shower 5-10min

Started 2 days on one off with basic newbie routine for about 3 weeks. Since then I have been doing one on one off and kegeling on my off days.
My new routine is: warm up, 6 min stretch, 10-15 min jelq, warm down. Then on off days 50 kegels 3-5sec each.

Looking to start hanging in 2 months also.

Very nice gains GTO2010 for short period of time!!!

I still have no gains, but I will keep fighting. They’ll come!!

Days-on and days-off: Originally worked MWF plus either Sat or Sun, now only take a break when feeling overworked

5-10m Warm up
10-15m Manual Stretching w/ Theraband for grip
100 Jelqs to right (All Jelqs done with GSO & Vitamin E mixture)
100 Jelqs to left
100 Jelqs straight down, alternating hands
5-10m Cool down w/ semi-clamp (using hand for like 5m)

*Since about a month ago I started inserting 1 or 2 hanging sets of 2.5 then and 5 now in the midst of manual stretching when I have time, which is usually only once or twice a week.

When Started PEing: Late November 2009
Size started: 6.0” BPEL, 5.0” MSEG, 6.75” BPFSL
Today’s size: 6.75” BPEL, 5.75” MSEG, 7.125” BPFSL

How long do you warm-up: about 10 minutes, hot rice sock wrap + light stretching
How long do you cool-down: none really unless you count shaking it out + fowfers + ADS/anti-turtle
Days-on and days-off: I base this entirely on PIs, but generally 2 or 3 days on, 1 or 2 days off.
Describe your routine: (time of each exercise performed):
I usually either focus on girth or length, alternating day to day, with slightly more emphasis on length right now

Length Workout
————————-
-5 to 10 minutes heating
-15 minutes manual stretches and v-stretches (carefully feeling and pushing and stretching the ligs with the free hand)
-5 to 10 minutes A-Stretches
-5 minutes heated rice sock warm-down (sometimes)
-usually either an ADS or fowfers afterward to keep it stretched out for healing and recovery as long as possible
-manual stretches usually use a theraband (orange) for grip assistance

Girth Workout
———————
-5 to 10 minutes heating
-15 to 20 minutes jelq, careful to keep skin pulled down to prevent turkey neck (I don’t count strokes)
-shake it out really well every 5 minutes or so
-mix in 2 or 3 minutes of ULI squeezes/hand clamping and head squeeze exercises every 5 minutes or so
-mix in 1 or 2 sessions of sadsack slinky and/or plump bending
-mix in head squeezes and “smooshes”. (my head is tapered off smaller than my shaft, need lots of head girth work)
-5 minutes heated rice sock warm-down (sometimes)
-ADS sleeve while still fat to keep it that way as long as possible


Starting size: 6.0" BPEL, 5.0" MSEG, 6.75" BPFSL(11/2009)

How long do you warm-up: I don’t take heat too well I almost start sweating after using a Rice pack for 5min or so.
How long do you cool-down: I don’t
Days-on and days-off: Very sketchy (Bridge Carpenter - So it’s shift work)
Describe your routine:

Heat, Stretch - until I’ve cooled down, reheat Dry jelq, till I’m tired of doing it normally after a days work or a nights work.

I only Started last week however I’ve been reading PE and doing half ass-ed attempts for about a month. Only Real Gain was from this last week.
For some that ask does masturbating affect gains well so far I’ve made 1/2” with doing it.

For whoever asked above, Theraband used for grip while stretching is just pulling back your skin, wrapping a section of theraband around the head and just below and pulling on that as opposed to your bare penis. At least for me it allows use of much greater force. Just my hands were fine for a few weeks, but after I had to exert so much force that my hand would only maintain traction with my penis for a few seconds before slipping.
