Newbie gains and EQ quality

Please don’t take this as one of my “theories”, I don’t want to have to defend this…yet. I’m just kicking around the concept.

That said, yes…if there wasn’t smooth muscle involved. The cavernsosum is rich in smooth muscle and can be sensitive and contract easily. Just off the top of my head, if your bfsl is shorter than your erect length, it may indicate very sensitive smooth muscle.

The way to test this is wait until your flaccid is fairly relaxed, then pull it out hard like you are going to get a good bpfsl, and hold it for about 5 seconds…then release it. If you find your dick shrinks up significantly smaller than it had just been…you have sensitive smooth muscle.

Is that an advantage or disadvantage for gains Sparkyx? Because it makes sense to me that a sensitive penis may react to the slightest of pe routines.

I enjoy reading your posts and you are one of the legendary pe-ers I look up it to :) I aspire to be as analytical as you.

I think whether you have sensitive smooth muscle or not isn’t the point. The really BIG point is to quickly identify what you have, AND USE THE APPROPRIATE LEVELS OF STRESS…for YOU!!!

The real tragedy is when a guy has super sensitive smooth muscle, and starts with a beginners routine that is already WAY too much. He immediately starts to lose EQ, and not being aware of what it means…starts to up the stress in order to compensate.

This is a doomed scenario from the first minute!

Hopefully, we are slowly moving this science and art forward, so enough information is available so less and less guys get stuck trying to make the impossible work.

I see a day, in the near future when guys will quickly see roughly what category they are in, and choose an approach that has the best chance for success for them. THEN, approach it in a sensible way that allows for their best chance of quickest and safest gains.

I think Chrono and his buds are doing a wonderful job of how to make great gains if you have sensitive smooth muscle over at his thread;

Movin On Up

Worth a read.

The main advantage of sensitive smooth muscle is that for most of those guys, the PE is pretty brief, and still get good gains.

Some of these guys with tough smooth muscle put in hours and hours a week for their gains. The question in my mind is if less would actually work better for them too.

Exactly Spark. When I started pe almost 2 years ago, I was instructed to ramp up very quickly(jelqs.) Month in and was doing 30 minutes a day. Needless to say, my erections suffered and I experienced ed for the first time in my life(36 now.)

But, the kicker is I GREW. Actually stumbled on Thunders by googling this pe shit and have been here ever since.

Since being here, have tried harsh, mellow and everything in between routine-wise. Just started last month after LONG break(5 months or so) with as MILD a routine as possible(started with handful of jelqs and now up to about 5 minutes.)

It’s going on 2 months now actually and haven’t gained anything, BUT I will slowly add in some stretches and see where that takes me. I’m at great length already and in no rush at all.

Will be interesting to see if I can gain again on something this light.

If nothing else, it feels so much better!

Here’s the trick Johnny, add about 2 minutes to your time every two weeks. Eventually, you will start to see growth start when you hit the right amount for you.

Its important that you do it like I mentioned, so you don’t overshoot it before you realize.

A decent rule of thumb is if your EQ is great and you aren’t gaining, add more time.

Sure. I just started stretching again, so will stay in a holding pattern to see if light stretching plus the 100 or so jelqs will do anything. Will chime in if anything good happens.

I’ve beat the hell out of my dick on hour long routines. Just wanna take my time this go-round.

Thanks for your input and will let TP know if I eek out anything new.

Cheers
