Newbie Gains after Consistent 5 months.....DRUMROLLLLLLL.............

Nothing. Zero. Zip. Sweet F-all.

I did not gain a smidge in length. Not a smidge in girth.

Routine was:

5 mins hot sock wrap
20-25 mins downward stretch
5 mins hot sock wrap
2 days on/1 day off.


Positive Indicators: restored potency (previously impotent). Can achieve erections now. Sometimes fully when approaching climax. This in itself, is worth the price of admission alone, as I was totally impotent before PE’ing (former propecia user).

Will buy the pump next and try that. Unfortunately for me, I need to PE just to get an erection. So I’ll have to waste my time with this even though my unit won’t grow.

Side note: injured my dick many years ago trying to rip it off as demonstrated in the jeqling “instructional video”. That injury never fully healed after many years, and jelqing just reaggravates the injury and kills boners. You old timers here may want to take note and redo the beginner videos so they’re actually geared towards……beginners (what a thought)?!?! Would literally take 5 minutes to redo the video and upload it. You will save a few guys from a potential life long injury.

Five months is a drop in the bucket you simply need more time.

Edging is edging not masterbation so your killing possible gains right there. Also how do you plan on gaining girth with a stretch only routine? It’s actually pretty simple, stretching takes lots of time not 20-25 minutes over 5 months. Stretching alone will not give girth gains, I understand your feelings towards jelqing and why your not however you need to figure out a way to work girth safely.

Your routine is unlikely to give gains.

From whatever little I have learnt so far on the forum PE success depends perseverance and patience. I have been around the same time as you are. My routine includes jelqing, stretching, am. I have clearly gained 1/4th of an inch BPEL despite the fact that I keep getting a sharp pain while stretching to the right. And that has made my routine inconsistent because of the frequent rest days that are needed to heal.

You will have to find out what works best for you and plan accordingly.

Thanks for the input. Why would my routine be unlikely to yield gains? Close to the newbie routine, except no jelqing (10 mins stretch/10mins jelq). If newbie routine gives gains why wouldn’t this?

You’re doing less in a week than I do in a day by a substantial margin. I don’t want to be rude, but I can’t resist telling you that your expectations are entirely out of line with the commitment and attention you’re giving this.

It’s not that close if you really think about it because the newbie is a conditioning routine, at 5 months you should be well conditioned. It’s just not enough in my opinion also it’s not enough time, it took me years to see solid gains. With the newbie you add time and you do it for 90 days or until you stop gaining.

Don’t compare yourself or your routine to anyone else there’s to many variables. Just because one member gained doesn’t mean a thing for yourself.

Jerking after a routine in my opinion is a crapshoot. However edging is edging not jerking get it straight. Edging is key to PE and gaining and penis health. Don’t use it as jerking.

Some of us don’t gain from stretching alone it’s that simple. Think about it hanging takes hours a day to see gains……

Thanks for the honesty. I lose Positive Indicators after 25 minutes of stretching. Jelqing kills boners too. The most my unit can handle is ~20 mins stretch, 2 days ON / 1 day OFF.

Thanks for being honest. I appreciate it. What is edging exactly? Maybe I’m clueless. I’ll try a pump next. My unit can’t handle much more then 20 mins a day. Any more and then I erections. Impotent here. Can’t really do 30mins, 1hour, 2hour sessions etc.

Pumping and clamping is how I got all my gains but I wonder if pumping isn’t a good idea for you because of the past injury.

Thanks for explaining that. By edging you mean masterbating without climax. Yes, that’s what I meant. Okay. I’ll edge after a session. Not go all the way.

I don’t gain if I don’t jelq. The newbie routine was too much for me when I started. I would start by adding 10 jelqs a session to start. Every week add 5 more reps. Also use heat during your routine consistently. I don’t gain much if I don’t use heat. All that said… I’ve made 80% of my gains pumping. I would work up to 100 jelqs and then add pumping.
