Hi all, just started PE. Have a few quick questions:

1) I can’t seem to stop my glans (meatus/cock head) from swelling every time I use the capt wrench. Every time I tried to wrap up, I get a little aroused. Then with the clamp and weight bearing down, it seems that fluid has been pushed out to the skin just before the glan (on the underside) and sometimes the tip of the “pee hole”. It usually goes away after my session but I wonder if this is of any concern.

2) As I mentioned above, my glans are usually swollen when I hang. It gets abit cold and turns light purple after 10mins (I hang for 15mins) but once I stopped hanging, pink comes back on quickly. It is not painful when I hang, just a slight discomfort. I regularly check for any loss of sensation and color changes. My glans still feel sensitive to my touch but it is definitely not as sensitive if I am not hanging (not numb since I can still feel my nails going over the glans). Wonder if this is normal.

3) I hang for 15mins X 3 with 5 mins break in between at 8pounds (only have about 1hour private time to hang before my partner gets up in the morning) and I do BTC and V stretch for (30secs X 5 sets each) in the evening. Wondering if this is a OK routine.

The problems you are experiencing are directly related to the Coriolis effects influence on PE. To make a long story short, our PE exercises only work North of the equator. South of the equator and doing PE will actually shrink your penis.

Hi Killingculture,

if you just started PE, it would be better staying on manual exercises. You can do hanging after you have some months of consistent experience with PE, if you still will like to.

The newbie routine or the linear routine should work fine.

Thank you marinera and Audacia. Dead on and it very much needed to be said. It is just that I was forced to choose between doing the responsible thing and engaging in self amusement. :rolleyes:

Sorry Killingculture, they are both dead on. That may well have something to do with your penile unhappiness as well. You shouldn’t be hanging until you have 3 or more months of consistent, careful, hands on PE, under your belt. Not only do you need to toughen up your wang a bit; you need experience interpreting what it is telling you. Your hanging routine is very good, just not yet.

Being a member since 01 I’d probably be tired of newbies and do the same :)

Hi all, thanks for your valuable advice. I will definitely consider cutting back on hanging and doing some manual stretches for now.
