Newbie At 64

I’m a newbie here and am starting on the suggested newbie workout. I am pretty good size already BPFSL: 7.5 when I can get hard I have EG 6 what I am doing this for is mostly EQ as I have lost that 3 years ago.

3 years ago I lost interest in sex. My whole life I’ve been a horny dude fucking or masterbating a lot. I have diabetes and the normal fat guy problems so over the past 10 years I’ve been using the pump and penis ring to perform which dose not work anymore.

In the past 5 months, I’ve been following a Keto way of eating and I’ve lost weight, and my blood sugars are normalising, and I am getting some libido back.

I just wanted to introduce myself, and if anybody has any suggestions to hasten my Erection Qualify back, I’m all ears.

Welcome to Thundersplace.

Just stick to the newbie routine. Do not overdo anything.
It’s always better to slowly increase the intensity over a period of time (think “weeks” at least), paying close attention to your PIs and making sure that they are positive.

When done properly, the newbie routine itself provides some good EQ improvements. My suggestion is to stick to it for at least 6-8 months. If you continue to see the benefits, which is likely going to be the case, then better to stick to the newbie routine beyond a year too.

Also, make sure to differentiate between too much pressure (and consequent negative PIs) and just enough pressure (‘gentle pressure’ for most of us - and the consequent positive PIs) during jelqing and stretching. This knowledge is going to be very useful after you graduate to advanced exercises a few months down the line.

Learning how to do kegels also helps a lot of members here with EQ issues.

Good luck!

Thanks for the feedback. I’ve learned over the years with the pump, not to overdo anything. Since I am comfortable with the pump, I am doing 6 5 minute at 5hg after the newbie workout, what do you think about that? I also have an X4 extender I thought I would use after the pump for a few hours. Thoughts on that. I’ve been working on my dick for a number of years but not with knowledge of thunders place.

I don’t know much about pumping and extender use. I have been PE-ing for slightly more than a year now.

However, I would suggest that you pay close attention to your PIs - irrespective of how your routine ends up.

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Any negative PI only likely indicates that you’re doing more harm than good to the junior.

Hi,

For better EQ, there are kegels, manual stretching, and kegel clamps (goes by other names too). For a kegel clamp:

To perform a Kegel Clamp, form an OK sign grip with thumb and forefinger at the base of your flaccid penis with the palm facing you, not too tight. Fingers should be lubricated with lotion that doesn’t dry out easily and washes off quickly. Circle the shaft tightly and either Kegel in blood or stimulate yourself to add blood to the shaft above your grip. Be sure your foreskin is retracted, unless you want the foreskin to grow along with the head. To add blood, open the grip and either Kegel in blood or let the erection mechanism do it (DO NOT continue to get fully hard). Continue to allow more and more blood in by opening and closing your grip, with the grip ALWAYS going back to the tight grip seal it was when you started while flaccid. As you add increasingly more blood, the entire shaft and head will begin to feel tighter and start to become slightly painful with the stretching sensation. The head will become shiny and stretched very tight. At this point, HOLD that grip/pressure and dwell on that overall stretching pain sensation. You can squeeze the grip tighter to increase pressure as well. Hold as long as you can, (30 or more seconds up to a few minutes depending upon grip strength/stamina) and then reset and repeat until a total of 5 minutes have gone by. At the 5 minute mark, release your grip and massage the shaft and head to restore circulation for 2-5 minutes (also helps prevent discoloration) and then start another 5 minute expansion session.

Also a great entry level girth exercise that’s jelqing free. Thanks.

Glad to meet you and welcome to Thundersplace, sprovencher.

As was stated the newbie routine should be of some assistance for your EQ issues over time. Recently there’s been a small wave here with a new technique called The Angion Method (TAM). I’m not usually the type to recommend and experimental technique still in its early days but some people are over a month in and from day 3 they have been reporting EQ benefits. I have personally tried it for 3 days and experienced this, despite the great skepticism I expressed on the thread. At the least we know this technique is safe in the short-term.

With this information, i would recommend a morning/ afternoon newbie session and an evening TAM session. I would be surprised if you don’t see any difference in a week.

All the best,
L-Z

There have also been a recent spate of EQ problems associated with the Angion Method.

Doing too much (or too hard) manual stretching is not good for EQ.
Light jelqing and an easy kegel routine are a good place to start for EQ improvement.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

It’s true, I have been following the post since its conception. If you’ve read the entire thread which is at this point ridiculously long, I was the first to call out caution based on the “positive indicators” being worryingly reminiscent of symptoms of phlebitis (vein inflammation). I even politely challenged Janus to a degree, but he was unable to keep up and continued to do the usual and beat around the bush and did not answer any of my questions, just argued about other things I didnt even say for some reason. However I stand by that under a week should be perfectly safe, as everyone who has had issues has been in for a month+, and those under 5 days seem to have gotten benefits without any problems. This is just my opinion based on all anecdotal and personal experience in the matter.

As for the rest of your post, it’s easy to agree on all points you make: +1

Yes. The reason that I didn’t suggest the Angion Method in my first response to the OP is the same.

I believe the greatest benefit out of everything you mentioned relative to improving your EQ is your current focus on reducing sugars and processed foods.

I am typically in a state of ketosis and while it’s not a fit for many, it’s wonderful for some. It will absolutely help you to gain back control on your blood sugar levels if you stay with it.

As far as PE I would keep it simple to start, The Newbie Routine.

I personally would not wear the extender right now as your main goal is EQ.

Best wishes!

Matt Cook’s Program has worked for TONS of people who can’t get erections at all. I myself gave it a shot at one point, and when I stuck with it, started to wake up every morning with intense morning woods. It’s non-invasive, and far from risky. Pretty simple and obvious once you realize his approach.

I just stopped because I wasn’t disciplined with it.

It’s called “thirty minutes or more”, so check it out.

Everybody is rampant about “free information” but it’s always safer and more effective to have a clear pathway/system ahead of you, and constant access to one expert who has worked with one specific problem for years.

I didn’t know those symptoms were overlapping. Thanks for this.. I was considering taking up AM but my thoughts are changing.. Going back to trying what I was doing before from a different paid program for EQ.

It’s true, I think it wa back in the pages around 30 or something where I chimed in with my skepticism! But if you check out the positive indicators for the exercise and the symptoms of phlebitis, they correlate worryingly well. I was surprised nobody else picked up on that, but I guess it’s what im here for :D

I’ve been trying to stay out of that thread. But yes, if you were deliberately designing an exercise to cause phlebitis and dorsal nerve irritatation, it would look very like the AM.
