Newbie and getting familiar to PE.

Hello there, I have just finished my PE just now.

~5 minutes of warm up,
~6 minutes of stretches,
~Brief massage on the perineum region and on the penis (to compensate blood-flow to the head of my penis),
~Roughly 70 wet jelqs followed by a warm down (shower).

I did say that I intended to start on the 1st of July, but due to time and privacy constraints I had yesterday, I decided to start today (July 2nd) instead.

I find drinking a cup of warm water and a 5 minute rest between stretches and jelqing help me to maintain a semi-erect state during the jelqing process. I will limit myself from masturbating on PE days - I am saving it for my rest days (1 on, 2 off regime).

I will only update whenever I feel it is necessary / when I feel like to. Cheers to a six weeks of basic PE and happy gaining.

Yes, I guess it may have just been psychological for me. But it sure did helps me to transition into doing jelqing.

So quick question, what effects girth measurement fluctuations ? Not including EQ. Because I swear sometimes I measure .15-.20 less in girth when I measure. I gained about .10 in girth and yes I measure the same spot mid shaft. I measured today after the gym (leg day) and I it felt like a tight erection though I was 100% I’m pretty sure because it felt like a tense tight erection. Even my balls were tight. What is this ?

I can’t give you a legit answer as I am very very new to these PE thingy. I think your problem might lean on towards EQ, but I am not sure, maybe the senior members could give you some of their thoughts. May I ask how old are you?

I am 22 years old. And yeah it’s a tough question.

I think a leg day at the gym simply made all blood vessels of the lower body more wide. Therefore, at the same heartbeat more blood volume is available for the entire pelvic region.

Quick question. So I did 8 15 sec horse 440 with 20 rep jelqs downwards in between and I got this nasty donut. It’s been a day and the donut feels hard and a bit purple in one side. Wth is this? I don’t feel pain and I tried to massage it but it didn’t work. Feels hard when flaccid and softer when erect. Any tips ? Should I be concerned? Is this a donut or something else? Ring below the glans.

Well, I think it’s a pressure overload from the Horses. Probably a bulb of lymphatic fluid or some popped vessel.

I would certainly recommend a break until everything is healed off. In the meamtime, you can apply heat and cautious firegoat rolls once or twice a day.

I think its purely a boost in EQ from the extra testosterone from a leg day exercise regime. Its known that squads will give you a boost in testosterone, and basically lifting weights in general will boost T-levels, but the bigger the muscle the bigger the boost and the biggest muscles are in the legs. So boost in T levels equals a boost in EQ and that equals girth gains marginally.

Would you say that good expansion sure during PE sessions leads to girth gains ? Example .1 expansion vs .3 expansion. Wouldn’t .3 expansion yield better or more girth gains ?

As in the greater the expansion the more girth you will gain not including pumping of donuts or any type of fluid buildup.

Numbers are relaxing to girth expansion during a PE girth routine.

Basically I think you’re right. Starting from a 100% erection, a 0.1” expansion creates less stress to the tunica than a 0.3” expansion. Therefore in theory the larger expansion would be more efficient.

But as PE is an individual experimemtal science, every dick reacts individually. Some need more stimulus, some less. And that is exactly the point: you have to find what suits your own body. There is no general and best way to do things.

And even further thinking: by generally saying that “harder exercises” (meaning being rougher to your penis) are generally “better” we probably would lead a lot of guys directly to the injury section. That is the reason we always put a big importance to make you listen to your dick.

Thanks Richard I am just trying to get a better understanding about how growth is best stimulated.

You guys have been so helpful.

How do you know when to rest from girth exercises? And how much?

I did 10 min warm up, and 3 30 sec uli or squeezes and jelqing in between sets and at the begining with a total of 40 firm slow jelqs and 3 30 sec squeezes.

That’s my routine as girth is all I’m aiming for, I have 4 months of firm helping before this new routine.
