Hi there I’m very new to PE seen it around on the internet for years but never really paid it much attention as I’m a very cynical person and figured it can’t work.
I’ve totally changed my mind now anyway my question is this..
I’m 6L x 5G my main goal is 7L x 5.5-6G would it be a realistic expectation to expect to get this say in 12 months of Sticking to a good routine. Don’t get me wrong
I have no time limit and will continue regardless just after what would be a Realistic gains Timetable.
