Hi so I am fairly below avergae and PE would make a big difference with me. Id be doing the newb routine. How long should I do the newb routine for? Will masterbation right before or after PE effect gains? How hard should I squeze when I jelq and how hard should I stretch when I pull? Id be doing 1-2 second jelqs instead of three seconds becasue of my size and personal preferance. If thats ok. Can I include any devices that would aid and speed up growth as well? Bath mate, stretching devices hanging etc.. Complete newb so I appreciate the help really hoping PE works becasue I am skeptical but have nothing to lose by trying. I have more questions but will start off with these thanks again.

Warm up 5 minutes hot wrap
10-30 second stretches
200-1 or 2 second jelqs( site states 3 seconds)
1 minute hot wrap( site states 5 minutes)

Welcome to Thunders! Your questions are mostly covered in the Newbies read here first section, so maybe you give it a reading, especially the links specializing on a particular topic.

I give you some hints out of my personal experience as Newbie, which I still am.

- Do the Newbie Routine as long as you will be gaining. It’s not for newbies only, it’s universal and sufficient for most gains.

- Masturbation: there is a full thread about this. Search please. Summed up: no it does not, but masturbation before PE is not recommended.

- Jelq grip force: go light as if you were dipping fluid honey off a stick.

- Jelq speed: I think the slower the better! 1-2 sec is ways too fast.

- Devices for speeding up: forget about it. PE is a marathon, think in years and not weeks or months. All big gainers are consistent and dedicated and have no hurry!

- Stretch force: start slow, stretch to the point where it becomes uncomfortable to know up to where you COULD go - and then stretch only 90% from then on.

- Your routine looks good, just do the warm-down as long as the warm-up (or take a hot shower immediately after PE). Heat is important for avoiding injuries and allow growth. Keep the tissue always flexible.

- Keep a detailed logbook, measure once a month (and enter it at TPs PE database) and give yourself a 3 month probational time. Judge only after 3 months if several ten-thousands of men are just making a huge joke with all that PE stuff or if it is really working :-)

Thanks ill give it a try and record next week to track results. Just started this week. As for jelq speed 3 seconds is a long time as I am only four inches erect and fairly smaller flaccid. I can do three it just seems as if my hand is almost staionary at times. Ill do three seconds if its better but thats why Id go for one or two seconds. Another question when I pull instead of doing 10-30 second stretches can I just hold it stretched in that position for the whole time? Seems once I feel a good stretch makes more sense to hold it and count to 30-10 times while keeping the tension constant. Really hope PE works as it would really help. Thanks again guys.

Hold it as much you want. The 30 seconds span is given mostly because many people get their girp and arms tired after that amount of time :) .

Just do your jelqs in a nice steady slow pace and you should be fine.

Kk thanks ill give PE a try hopefully it works:) want to gain 2 inches and ill be more then happy almost seems impossible though.

2 inches are possible.

Basic recipe:
- dedication
- caring about your EQ, PI’s and body reactions
- a solid and detailed logbook which allows you to identify what works and what doesn’t
- the ability to ask the right questions to the TP brotherhood in order to gain knowledge
- the scepticism and reflections to find “the zone” and stay in there for best growth results
- the willpower to resist the temptation of ‘faster is better’ exercises, which MAY be beneficial but are usually much more risky

…and time, patience to see it happen. Don’t think in weeks or months, think in years!

I picked up that line from a book about Nubian culture. It was a popular saying there in the elder times.

Like the shortness and deep meaning, so I will not change it. An virtue is a binary value, either one has it or one doesn’t.

Well see hopefully it all works out. Doing the newb routine as specified. I also masterbate right before strecthing becasue I constantly get erections when strecthing. They take a while to subside or come back again if I don’t do it before hand. I don’t think it should effect gains. If anything blood flow is going to be increased by doing so.

Is it ok to mastrbate before hand to stop erections during excercising?

There are a lot of people who say masturbation has not hindered their gains but I don’t personally do it.

It’s not recommended. The refractory period immediately following ejaculation is the body’s way of forcing a rest period for your penis, and you should avoid doing PE for that time. It’s ok to PE after an orgasm, but just wait a while until the little guy is back online, however long that takes for you.

If your erection level is too high for whatever exercise you’re on, just wait a minute for it to go down, then continue. As you get accustomed to the program over weeks and months, it will get easier to stay at the right erection level that you want.
