Hey guys. Call me quest. As I was going through high school, I always felt confident that I had an okay sized dick. I had been with a few girls and there were never any complaints. A couple of years ago I met this girl and after about a month or so, we started getting busy. At first I thought everything was fine but then when we got more closer and more comfortable talking to each other, I discovered that my dick was a little thinner than what she had been with in the past(I’m about 6.25x4.75). This instantly killed any self confidence I had built up in the last few years. So after years of hating my penis I came across this site and decided to give PE a try.
I split my routine in half so in the morning I wake up, get a nice hot shower going. Warm up for a few minutes. Stretch for a few minutes (my main concern is girth right now). Then I do 120-140 jelqs. Every 20 jelqs, I do a Uli and hold it for about a minute. This same routine gets repeated at night about 10 hours later. Right now I’ve been doing 3 days on and 1 day off. My girth goal is 6 inches. I know it will take some time and a lot dedication, but I’m going to stick to it. Ill eventually start doing a bit more stretching and stuff to get some length, but as I said earlier, I mainly want a thicker dick. I havnt noticed any change in morning wood ( I don’t get morning wood too often regardless of PE ). Aside from this, no extreme soreness, no pain. It’s only been a few days but I plan on measuring in about 2 weeks to see if there has been any change. My dick feels a bit meatier but I havnt seen any big differences while erect but I’m aware that it takes time. In a months or 2 I suppose ill look into advanced exercises and such.
