Hello forum! I am new to PE and after reading many threads I still think I don’t do it right, started doing newbie routine. So my questions are how many times a day should I exercise do stretches, jelqing + I absolutely don’t know how to do kegels after reading and trying to find so much.. BC and PC muscle I mean should I press my penis or BC is around testicles so I press that? I really want to succeed in this to try to improve flaccid length(3”) and erect length since I’m on the small side(5.7”).

Never measured girth tho but I need to improve that to when I look down my penis is normal but when I look my penis at sides looks so thin(like a marker +/-) My main goal is to 7”EL and better girth. Is that possible?

Welcome. You are making the right move by starting with the newbie routine. Once per day in the beginning should be more than enough, and make sure to take rest days (I believe newbie routine is two days on one day off).

As your tolerance increases, increase the amount of jelqing and stretching you do as the newbie routine suggests. As you become more experienced, and become more in tune with your body, you can make the decision whether it would be more beneficial to break your routine into two different sessions.

The PC and BC muscles are not muscles that you physically press with your fingers. I guess the best way to put it is to exercise them, you need to flex them. If nobody else responds I will try and explain further but I don’t want to give you incorrect information. Not truly sure on their exact locations, and while I do know how to kegel properly, it is hard for me to explain. There are great threads about it on the site I suggest you check out.

I pretty much started off at your size, and am now a little bigger then where you want to be. It takes a lot of learning and hard work and everyone’s body is different, but your goals are definitely attainable for most. Good luck!
