Hi everyone here.
I’m new in this forum, I come here looking for some help with my little friend. It is 5.5 inches long and 5 inches girth(not really recent size and not with full erection I think, and it is curved upwards).
I don’t know if it’s normal, big or small but it makes me feel a little worried since I heard some female friends talking about some guys who had sex with them that was like 7”, so I feel a little insecure about mine.Don’t know if matters but I’m just 5’4 tall, so I’m really short and I have some “extra belly”. I’d like to add some inches to both, girth and long but also maybe help the problem of the curve.

Any advice will be good for me, thanks a lot!

Welcome to the forum. Your stats are perfectly fine. Nearly average length and quite good girth. Since you’re of fairly short stature, it probably looks proportionately larger.
Don’t put a lot of stock in what women say. The general consensus is that women are really lousy at estimating penis sizes.

Start with the Newbie Routine, and consider working on losing some of the “extra belly”. That will not only contribute to a larger-looking penis, it’ll help your overall health and your self-esteem. Good luck.

You are average in length and above average in girth. You know the upward curve is the least annoying. Actually women like it. You can start with the newbie routine or the linear, if you find the newbie too heavy. An inch in length and half in girth is very possible if you stick to it. I got 0.5 in length and 0.3 in girth in about 5 months.

Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones

You should go to gym, because believe me if you are chubby your penis looks more smaller.

Mine is curved too and it’s not a problem, curved penis estimulate more the G point.

Start with the newbie routine for 2 months.
5 days on 2 off
