New way to stretch
Well I’m sitting in my room thinking of ways that I can do PE, so I’m thinking of all sorts of things when I decide to try something. What I did was wrap a gauze wrap around 1/2 inch below my head. I took a string and made a slip knot and tied that around my gauze. I thightened the string (actually shoe lace) as much as I could and pulled down and tied it around my leg. Then I simply pulled up my pants, left the house and I have been strecthing all day!. Idk if thats bad for me or not but thats where you guys come in. What you think of me doing this? Is it bad for me etc.. Thanks for ur support!!
