New to X4 and very upset, Need help

Hello Everyone,

I started Bath mate Extreme 3 weeks ago with great success and excitement. I love seeing myself fully engorged and stretched out. Last week I started hanging with 5 lbs using a vacuum bell with silicone sleeves and again I have had great success with excitement. I can really feel the ligaments stretching and I can wear the vacuum bell at night and for long hours, (although I have had some tenderness on the head) I purchased an X4 after doing some research on extenders, Unfortunately, I really had difficulty with the darn thing. I had a good wrap. I tried using sticky ace bandage and the wrap that x4 gives you. My problem was with putting the head piece on, then I had a problem with the rods. Then my darn head turned purple after about 15-20 minutes. I took it off and I will be playing around with it. But I could use some videos, or suggestions as far as how to put the dam thing on?

Any help is really appreciated.

New equipment is always a bit of a learning experience. Try putting it on and taking it off five or six or even ten times a day for the next three days. You’ll be able to do it in the dark after awhile. All these tools are a little strange and there is a learning curve to anything new. Experience is the best teacher. So try and try again, just make sure you’re careful not to injure your dong. And remember, we learn more from our mistakes than our successes. Good luck.

By the way, for those of you reading who are considering water or air pumping and believe you need a ”bathmate” to do so, you don’t. For one thing, you need a pump with a pressure gauge so you know what pressure you are pumping at , which “bathmates” don’t have.

I have logged 870 hours on the x4. I use the plastic strap and the foam ring, which I have used only two foam rings over the entire 870 hours, lol, I use them until they almost disintegrate.

Couple recommendations:
1. Watch the videos on YouTube that others have recommended.
2. Start with low tension to begin to acclimate to wearing the unit, this will allow you to use less compression on the strap while you condition.

As you progress in using the extender there are cycles that you should be aware of.
1. Beginning acclimation, use less tension and become conditioned and familiar with the extender.
2. Increasing tension and finding the right compression on the strap.
3. Eventually you will acclimate and find the time in, time out cycles that work for you. Example, I’m in the extender for say 45 minutes then rest 10 then back in.
4. Then you will eventually be able to use less compression on the strap at full extension, this is an indicator that it is time to add bars to increase the extender length and potential for tension.
6. Now since the length and and tension have increase we are now once again going back through the time in, time out acclimation and requiring more strap compression to stay in the unit, so more breaks are required.
7. Process repeats.

I am currently now acclimating to an additional 0.5” of added length of bars. So I am really feeling the stretch and I am required to use more compression. So I can only stay in the extended so long before requiring a break. Eventually I will grow and acclimate to new extender length and will be able to use less strap compression.

Just to clarify, you’re not extending your penis at night right? You don’t want to wear an extender at night that is pulling on your penis. Your nocturnal erections will be fighting it, and can cause severe injury.

I am really into my PE journey. I tried it years ago but equipment now has come a long way so I decided to make a go at it. And I’m glad I did.

I have looked up on YouTube to find real videos of putting on an x4 or size genetics. But it seems that they all display dildos and no real use videos as how they strap it on. I did try to put it on and did find it a bit easier but tedious. It seems like the more erect you are the easier it is to put on. I also had issues with the bars and then while screwing it to tighten it. The bars unscrewed from the base. Ugg.. I wore it for 45 minutes to an hour but my head was blue and cold. I will try again

Unfortunately, I did get a blood blister. I was hanging 5lbs comfortably over the last week and a half and decided to up it another 2 1/2 lbs. I e silicone sleeve on my head was loose or I didn’t suck out all the air. Either way it left me with a bit of blood and a blister. I guess it’s time to slow it down a bit.

And I was able to wear the vacuum at night like the fallosan forte. It gave a nice stretch overnight without turtling up.

You do not want to be wearing a hangar at night while asleep. I don’t know of any hanger that does this. It is more dangerous than I can even convey in text.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

The Fallosan Forte is advertised and people talk about using it at night. Worn on the side hip. NOT in an extender. So I thought I could do that

Nothing exists that I would recommend wearing while you sleep. You have to be able to mind and respond to your devices. What you think is “a little tender” could be a serious injury that doesn’t get attention for 6 hours until you wake up. No devices while asleep. That’s a golden rule around here.

Honestly I think you need to put away all the gear and get back to basics with a hands-only newbie routine. Will try to elaborate further tomorrow if I get a chance.

I totally agree with this. Put away the X4 for now, like for a month. You have a lot of healing to do before you should even consider trying to use it again.

Sounds like you are messing around with device after device in an erratic way without a deep foundation in manual excercises? If this is so it’s a recipe for disaster and disappointment.
