New to TP. Stretching question

Hello everyone,

Started last week with 6 BPEL x 5.2 MSG.

Currently doing 2 days on 1 day off:
5 min warm up with rice sock
10 min stretching (?)
3 sets of 25 LH dry jelq, 25 RH dry jelq, 30 dry v-jelq

I’m uncut and find I don’t need lube because the skin is very elastic. My only issue is with the stretching. Using too tight of a grip to stretch might be harming the head of my member and nerves while using too loose of a grip doesn’t achieve as good of a stretch. Open to suggestions on anything.

To increase your grip without squeezing too hard you can use either a piece of toilet paper or baby powder. Both of these are often recommended around Thunder’s.
