As far as I can tell, conventional wisdom around here says the average fat pad is about an inch, but there seems to be a fair amount of variance. 1.5” is not uncommon, and not such a bad thing either. It really won’t affect your ability to have good sex, which is really the bottom line.
Are you otherwise in shape?
Also, word about Arginine: like any amino acid supplement, it should be consumed on an empty stomach and (like any amino acid supplement), you also should avoid eating for about 30 minutes afterward. Shortly after taking Arginine in particular, it is recommended that you drink a healthy amount of water - especially if you are taking it on an ongoing basis. Perhaps you know this already, but I find it never hurts to point out the obvious around here, especially in the newbie forum.
Generally, staying consistent is how you get results. Keep it simple and routine (like brushing your teeth); slow and steady, and you should see results.
If I’m remembering right, your goal is more length oriented. So, do the newbie routine focusing on stretches and jelqing at 50- 60% erection (the lower end) which should encourage length over jelqing at a higher percentage of erection (60-80%). After a few months you’ll probably want to look into hanging.
I’d just add for the record that 7.25” BPEL x 5.85” EG is big dick to begin with. :leftie:
