As a side bar to that, posting to post doesn’t win any favors around here, but can get you in trouble. Ok, it all makes sense to me. Thanks for the quick replies.

Anyway, I think that I will take this time to ask a few questions.
First I have been a hardgainer, as you can see by my name. I usually work out 4-5 days a week. I don’t know If I should do more or less because I seem to Donut badly whenever I do a moderately intense workout. I can make myself donut within 3 minutes of my warmup. Also, I have been developing a baseball bat type look and was told to the the Jelq, Hold, Pump, keep one ok grip at top and then slide second OK grip to tip. This does not work for my base. Does base girth naturally grow with tip growth? Does anybody have another method for base girth increases? Also, if anybody had a link to some good stretches w/pics that would be sweet.

Your baseball bat effect is probably from jelqing with a low erection (all the time or allowing it to flag).

Hmm, sounds a lot like the Jelq squeeze. That’s a very girth centric exercise. Some people swear by it, I find my hands get in the way. Some of these exercises which tourniquet the bottom of the penis don’t seem to adversely effect base girth, strangely. If you are heavily conditioned, check out the Horse440 (search) it’s another girth exercise but you might find it hits your base more. Careful with that one though, it’s got to be the easiest exercise to blow a vein with. I always used to attach the base grip high and move it backwards into place to flatten the surface veins.

Give us more to work with here. What are you doing now? What have you tried? Have you plateaued or have your gains been steady but slow?

A usually workout would be, Warm up with hot pad 5 minutes. Stretch up, down, 10 times each 15 seconds. Jelq 5 minutes warm up, 10-15 minutes intense, including jelq holds/pumps. 2-3 minutes cool down jelqing. I do my intense jelqing at 80-95% erection. Then I put the heat pad on for about 5 minutes. This workout results in a pretty sore unit, and usually pretty red and spotted sometimes. I would say I am a very slow but consistent gainer.

I don’t see how you are managing to get a baseball bat effect from that unless you are starting with a high erection and just letting it get too low for too long.

Up your stretching for a start, 5 minutes of stretching is nothing. Think of building up to 15-20 minutes with proper long hold stretches, none of this up down stuff the newbies can get away with.

Drop the jelq squeeze completely unless you think its working for you.

Maybe jelq for 15 minutes with about 5 minutes worth of heavier girth work interspersed with the jelqing. So jelq for a bit, do a Uli#3, jelq a bit more, do a 30 second horse, jelq some more etc.

Yeah, your right about the stretching part, I find it hard to motivate myself for that, I seem to be more intrested in girth work, but my length is just as pathetic as my girth so I might as well work it out more.
