New to Thunder's - Hi Everyone.

I just wanted to say Hi to everyone here on Thunders place.
I came across this site when accidentally finding a guy posting about PE on another forum, and it caught my interest.
I´ve been doing the newbie routine now for 2 weeks and I must say I really love the feeling of my dick feeling all fat and heavy after a “workout”.

My routine Twice a day:

5 min warm wrapping.

5-10 minutes of manual stretch (up,down,left,right) about 30 sec in each direction.

100 Jelqs in the morning and 150-200 in the evening.

2 days on, 1 day off.

Can anyone comment on this one? It feels great and my erection already seems bigger.

My starting stats: Lenght 7,04” Girth (I think it´s called) 4,96”

Can’t wait to measure! How long do you think I should wait before measuring? I really don’t want to measure and discover no gains at all - that would be a punch in the crotch :)

Your routine looks clear and simple, the key is staying focused and consistent. Keep with your routine for 2-3 months before taking on any advanced techniques, your penis will thank you.

Don’t be disheartened if you measure and find little change, probably best to measure month by month. As you have found, your erections are stronger and you are improving vascularity - all good signs for improved penile health. You may experience gains right from the start, if so, thank your good fortune and don't change anything. Stick to what works. Slow and steady wins the race.

I have a few questions though that I can’t seem to find anywhere..

1. Is it normal for the penis to return to an even smaller size 1 hour after the “workout” than 1 hour before?

2. I sometimes get purple bruises on the head, is this normal? Is it a sign of overdoing it?

3. Can you do pumping without tools like vacuum and cylinders? I mean with the hands only. How do you perform such a thing?

4. Is bending exercises recommended for newbies, if not - when can I start?

1) It happens, mostly if you’ve been overstretching and your penis is new to PE.

2) Overdoing it again - too much force being used. Treat it as a sign to know when you’ve pushed it too far.

3) No, stick with manual jelqs for now.

4) Like I said previously, wait 2-3 months before adding advanced techniques such as bends so your penis is prepared for the pressures exerted

When you penis becomes smaller after a workout is it squishy or like hard? If it is hard IMO there is nothing to be worries about. I get it all the time.

Bruises on the head or anywhere is a sign of overdoing it. You should not see bruises at all. A few days off should clear that up. Spots are ok but are a mild sign of overdoing it as well.

You cant pump without a cylinder. The whole reasoning behind pumping in short is to create a vacuum in the cylinder so that blood is rushed to your penis, making it bigger.

I thinkyou would be able to do bends after 3 or so months of the newbie routine. But, IMO dont change anything or add anything until you stop growing.

Is doing the newbie routine (as a beginner) twice daily pushing things a bit hard? I’ve been doing it just once daily without problems so far, and assume a cautious start is prudent.

Your dick grows during the time it is recovering from exercise, not while you are doing the exercises. Training twice a day is counterproductive in my opinion. I’m a vet, and I would not do it twice a day.

Do you mean that training twice a day can have a opposite effect? That in the end, I get no gains at all?

I’m gonna measure in 13 days.. Hope I have some good newbie gains as I´ve read about here on thunders!

You might get away with stretching twice a day, as long as you are being fairly gentle. If you are jelqing twice a day, I expect your gains would stop very quickly. Stick to the Newbie routine 2on 1off. It really, genuinely, is the best routine. More is NOT better; the best thing to do is the least amount possible that still gives growth.

The reason guys get great newbie gains is because their penis is not conditioned. Growth slows right down as your penis becomes more conditioned. If you do too much PE, it becomes conditioned quickly. You only get those newbie gains once! So take care not to condition your penis too fast; do the minimum you can while still stimulating growth. Once the penis has been conditioned, you can decondition it by taking an extended break, but it will condition much faster when you begin PE again, than it did as a newbie.

(Your English is obviously excellent, so please avoid using ‘gonna’ for ‘going to’).
