I’m new to this site but have jelqing for over a year with some results. I currently PE 4 days on 2 off, wet milking for 300-400 reps as well as dry jelq, with normal warm up, stretching and warm down. My question is can I start hanging slowly and what would a good starting exercise be?

I’ve got the items to make the captains wench, I’ll probably be ready to try it before the weekend. I’ve read some of the info on hanging but I’ll read more for starting exercises.
