new to this

I’m new to PE and I’m doing 10 mins of stretching(manual) and 300 jelqs (wet) and

50 dry.Is this enough because I don’t really feel it and I pull and tug pretty hard.My hands r tired actually.I do 3 days on 1 day off.is that too much? Plus

In my free time I do dry jelqs while watching television.I use to life weights in comps so

I finds myself doing a whole hell of a lot on my on days and nothing on my off days.So I wanna know will it hurt to do a lot on your on days and if I need to do more.

Alalalal, follow the newbie routine for your first 3 months. You don’t want to pull to hard, stretch to hard, or jelq to hard, let your body tell you if you are doing to much to soon.

Next, read this when you get the chance (make it soon) Forum Guidelines . And find the space bar, your posts are hard to read. Other than that, welcome to the forum.

The general purpose of all newbie routines is to condition the penis for the more intensive work to be had later. For this purpose, your routine seems relatively sound. In regards to your question about the sensation of soreness, I wouldn’t be disappointed if, at the beginning, you do not feel it. Give it some time; there is an initial learning curve in PE. You will come to, eventually, understand what is enough and what is not enough. Best of luck!

Your hands are tired ? Try jelqing 500 times with about 30-1 hour of stretching. My arms are about to fall off after a workout like that.

Heh, often heard from new guys, “My unit isn’t bigger yet but I am getting Pop Eye forearms!”

Did Popeye PE?

PopEye… PopEye… Coincidence? I think not.

http://en.wikip … org/wiki/Popeye reports that "the muscular disparity between Popeye’s biceps and forearm was not nearly so exaggerated initially", although it does not report on any other… ahem… development that might’ve accompanied the forearm changes.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Newbies should know this isn’t universally accepted. I, for example, have only gained while in an unconditioned state, with gains then grinding to a halt regardless of increases in intensity. I’ve found this relatively low intensity/deconditioning cycling to be the only effective PE protocol.

If newbies would like to try a low intensity and relatively risk-free method you could check out Babbis’ modified newbie routine.

Jelq my boy, jelq like the wind.
