I haven’t considered if I will go through with this yet.
But here’s my situation:
- I’m certainly on the small side of average at 5” in length and 4 1/4” in girth. I’m a small and slim guy, so it doesn’t look disproportional, but obviously I’d like to get bigger. Which is why I am here.
- I’d hopefully like to get it to 6” in length and an increase in girth too, say 5”.
- I’d be elated with 7” in length and wouldn’t want to be much bigger than that, really. But it’s probably not going to happen.

I do have a few questions:
- Does this really work? Really? There doesn’t seem to be medical corroboration.
- Is it even possible for me to gain an inch?
- Do I have to keep doing this my entire life to keep any gains?
- Will my penis be fully functional after? I don’t even get that hard right now.. Maybe it will get softer with a bigger size and that could be a problem
- How long will it take? - I’m in my early 20s, in college, and summer’s coming up. Anytime during college seems an inconvenient time. So hopefully I can put the summer to good use.
- Yeah, I also have a mild case of tight foreskin so I don’t know if I can even do this?

- Yes, yes, yes… I just opened my own topic, try to find it under a name “She finally said it”, you will see that it worked for me. Medicine doesn’t support it much, because of the lack of evidence and lack of studies on the subject.
- Yes, very possible, you just have to be dedicated and smart about it.
- Maybe, maybe not, no conclusive evidence as to suggest whether gains are (always) permanent.
- If you do it correctly, you should have a LOT more functional penis in terms of maintaining and the hardness of your erection
- Depends on a lot of things: your goal size, your potential to grow, your routine, your dedication etc.
- I’m circumcised, so I can’t answer that question, but I believe you can do it NTL

Nope it doesn’t, I come here for the banter.

1) Yes;

2) Possible but not certain;

3) use it or lose it;

4) Yes, if you’ll be wise it will work even better;

5) It will take more than the whole summer to gains an inch;

6) Yes, you can do it.

You might not have to do it for life. After you reach your goal then you can do a light routine for a while to cement the gains, but personally I could never see myself stopping.

I’m cool with doing some routine for awhile to cement gains.

But it doesn’t seem real if the gains just go away.

That is my issue

If you stay all day in bed, your muscles will go way - does that means they are not real?

It’s the cost-benefit I suppose.

I guess I’m just not sure how much time this is going to take just on a daily basis.

How much of the gain is going to stay.. And what it takes to keep it.

There will come a point when circumstances cause one to slack off.

Having a penis that suddenly shrinks once you’ve gotten used to it seems like a traumatic experience.

Hi picklocks,

I gained about an inch from doing the Newbie Routine.

It took me a little less than a year. Light daily stretches, jelqing and Kegels. Don’t forget to warm up.

After that my gaining slowed, but I still have gained.

The penis is fully functional, and will be provided that you don’t get carried away and try to use overwhelming force in your exercises in order to speed up gains. This is a common trap, don’t fall for it; excessive force can lead to injury, so be careful.

You won’t have to do an intensive routine to maintain your gains, but you’ll find that you probably will want to do a little here and there. The success of this is from a daily routine, so as soon as you can make this second nature, the better. PE should be like brushing your teeth. Something you do everyday, but don’t think about too much.

If you’re having trouble getting fully hard that could be due to a few things. A heavy masturbation/sex schedule is a likely culprit. You do need to give your body time to recover. Beyond that… well, see what happens on the Newbie Routine.

For erections strength, you can always start with the Kegels and do them daily. They are absolutely easy and will not take any time. You can do them on the bus, in car, etc. Squeeze for five seconds, hold for five seconds and release = 1 Kegel. Do at least fifty a day. That should make a big difference.

I don’t think a tight foreskin will be a problem. In fact you could well find that jelqing could enlarge it. You can do jelqing as there is no real need to pull your forskin back.

But like all things where there is a slight problem. Don’t hurry; take it easy and ‘listen’ to your penis.

I guess you’ll just have to decide for yourself if the potential gain (YES the potential is there) is worth the initial effort and worth the possibility of maintenance. Do a lot more reading to decide for yourself if it’s something that’ll work for you. Good luck!
