I´m completely new to this, and I would like some help to get started.
My BPEL is about 13cm, and my EG is 10,5 at mid-shaft, and 11,5 at the base.

So how can I start ?
I was thinking something like this :

10 minutes with wet Jelqing
5 minutes with "orange bends" My Girlfriend said those lovely words…

And then gradually add more exercises and do them for longer..
I´ve read most the info I could find, and I will do it carefully.

And I don´t really see how this can improve your erection ? Because you pull and bend your penis, wouldn´t that just make it more flexible, and softer, and then your erection would be weaker, and not as hard as before ?

Orange bends, or o-bends are not generally considered to be a beginner’s exercise.

I also recommend Sparkyx’s PI thread Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! as an excellent way to monitor your condition.

PE, done right, leads to better erections through better blood flow. Some here, who have experienced that benefit, say that PE does not stand just for penile enlargement; it stands for penile exercise as well. That exercise can result in a stronger and healthier penis, as well as a larger penis.

Thanks guys :) But if I do the exercises while taking a warm shower, do I still need the 5 minute warm wrap ? Can I just wash my penis with hot water for a few minutes, and then start jelqing ?

Heat is not required, although there are many of us here who strongly suggest it. I think a hot shower does a reasonably good job of warming things up.

Your body’s reaction to PE (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!) will tell you a lot about whether this approach is working for you.

You may not gain as much or as quickly as if you had done a better warmup, but as long as you do not hurt yourself, getting gains more slowly is better than getting no gains because you could not find the opportunity to do PE otherwise.
