New to this.
I´m completely new to this, and I would like some help to get started.
My BPEL is about 13cm, and my EG is 10,5 at mid-shaft, and 11,5 at the base.
So how can I start ?
I was thinking something like this :
10 minutes with wet Jelqing
5 minutes with "orange bends" My Girlfriend said those lovely words…
And then gradually add more exercises and do them for longer..
I´ve read most the info I could find, and I will do it carefully.
And I don´t really see how this can improve your erection ? Because you pull and bend your penis, wouldn´t that just make it more flexible, and softer, and then your erection would be weaker, and not as hard as before ?
