New to this site- but not PE
Just a quick g’day from a fellow PEer down under. I thought I would take the opportunity to check out this site to expand my knowledge and contribute where required.
I have been PEing since 2003 and realised gains of 1” BPEL and approx 0.25” EG in the first 4 months after commencing, purely through stretching and jelqing exercises. My starting and current stats are in my signature, along with my goal which I hope to attain by the end of the year (2006)
After taking a prolonged break (approx 12 months) I lost approx 4mm of my length and 1-2mm of girth (not cemented) I recommenced PE in July 2005 and quickly regained my length + 2mm and enjoyed a +0.25” increase in girth taking my total girth gains to 0.5”
I have experimented with pretty much all of the exercises, Cock rings and Ball Zingers and my current routine includes an extender device coupled with manual jelqing and squeeze type routines. I have also trialled the use of supplement pills and have had meaningful success with them.
