New to this forum but not to PE, a couple of question as well

So I made an account here at last and I think it’s time for me to start being more active.
About my history with PE: I started on mid-October ‘10 and had a newbie routine that I followed with more or less determination.
I made a lot of quick improvements in erection quality and probably in flaccid size as well. I also have gained about 1cm (“0.4) in erection girth, but my erection length seems to be the same as pre-PE.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m thrilled with what I have gotten myself into, but I do want to explore a little bit about different kinds of exercises to see if I might be able to get the ball rolling and find better ways to gain.
What I have planned is to start over with the newbie routine posted here, follow it vigorously, and after a month move over to some advanced stuff and see what happens. I also want to read as much as possible to figure out my limits and whether I really am a slow gainer.
My first question is about penis curving: I read through The most often asked and annoying questions! and #13 says that curving can be “fixed”. Now I don’t mind my downward curve, but I would like to maybe experiment with straightening it a little bit. What would be the best exercises to try out?
My second question concerns over/under training, as I’m not sure which one I fell victim to or whether I’m just a slow gainer. What are the clearest indications of overdoing it? How should I approach to get back those erections that seem to last forever and pop up at will?
I said earlier that my EQ went up since starting out, but I’m not sure if I have actually went down in that department since getting the initial gains. Is it possible that my prior routine has been too slow and not challenging enough and that it’s just been too boring for me?
Hopefully some of you read through and have some questions or suggestions to me, because I will be happy to hear them and, well.. Knowledge is power, I think!
