Hey guys I’m new to the forum but not new to PE. I have been doing PE for around 4 months and have seen good gains but I am now wanting to start a good routine, and seen as this is the case I was wondering whether you would recommend I start the newbie routine or jump straight into a more advanced routine?
My current experience includes:
Manual stretching
Jelqing
Manual Squashing
Bathmate hydropump
Some hanging.

So basically what routine would you all recommend? I’m more aiming towards length gains but still want about .5-.75” more girth.

Wow. It is a bit confused and advanced routine. If you have been PEing for 4 months I’d recommend two options a) start right from the newbie routine; or b) reduce your current routine to only 1 ‘device-assisted’ PE; so make a choice between hanging and pumping.

What is ‘manual squashing’? I never heard of it I think.

Newbie routine as long as you’re gaining from it.

As exciting as all these tools and gadgets are, nothing kills motivation like no gains.

I do not do them all during the same day it just varies between them, the only tools I use normally is a bathmate (pump) which I would say is my main part to routines.

I do not know if it is called anything else but I would say it is my biggest addition to adding width and girth, I will begging with jelqing to get blood flow and then hold an ok finger sign at the base trapping blood from escaping I will then kegel to get as strong of an erection as possible, then with my other hand I will place the palm on top and fingers under manually squashing my penis flat.
Sorry if my terminology is wrong as I’m not to good with memory of the exercise names.

I started with just stretching and jelqing and gained quite alot of length but almost no girth and so that made me focus more on girth work so I bought a bathmate(pump) which has really brought my girth up but has left me slacking on length work leaving me with a girth which is only .25-.5” behind my length.

So ‘squashing’ is manual clamping, or ULI’. If you aim toward length gains, better you remained on the routine that was giving good length. Most of the gains you get from pumping is just internal fluid build up.

Oh okay, but would it be a problem that while I am trying to gain length my girth does not keep up? Are girth gains normally slower?

Also I find that when I use the pump in conjunction with jelqing and ULI ’ I have almost zero fluid buildup, has this been discussed before?

Anything that stretches the skin will diminish fluid build up in the skin. There is problaby some amount of build up inside the penis too, hard to figure out of it reacts in the same way. True girth gains are hard to achieve, adding 0.5” of permanent girth in 2 years would already be a satisfactory result.

Put it this way; I don’t mind extending but I’d rather get my gains with the newbie routine. I takes less time yet similar amounts of attention.
