New to the forum
Hello, I am new to this forum, and new to PE. I just received my Bib Hanger in the mail and I have started about a week ago. I started hanging at 7.5lbs and I am comfortable with that weight. My only question that I was unable to find an answer is about position. I usually stand when I am hanging. Not sure if I should lean forward, sit or stand. If someone could tell me the best position I would be very grateful.
