Hello, I am new to this forum, and new to PE. I just received my Bib Hanger in the mail and I have started about a week ago. I started hanging at 7.5lbs and I am comfortable with that weight. My only question that I was unable to find an answer is about position. I usually stand when I am hanging. Not sure if I should lean forward, sit or stand. If someone could tell me the best position I would be very grateful.

Hi. According to the wisdom of the vast majority of PEers, newbies shouldn’t do hanging. A manual based routine will yeld better overall outcome than hanging to most of people. You can start hanging after 6-12 months of a solid manual routine.

OK, so here’s is a question, does the newbie routine need to be done all at once or can it be broken up over the course of the day. Also, how many sets of the newbie routine should be done in a day?

You can break it. Newbie routine is composed of many sets, you should do the whole sets and stop. You can do more but only after some weeks and only if you really feel you need it.
