New to the forum
Greetings guys
I randomly stumbled across this site while looking for any possible ways to maximize my member. I read up on all the newbie routines and various routines across the web and decided to begin a few days ago. I’m basically doing the newbie routine, but slightly modified it to reduce stress on the member while adjusting to the activities. My routine as of right now is as follows:
5 minute heat wrap
Roughly 7 minutes of stretching
50 Jelqs
5 minute heat wrap
2 days on and 1 day off
I know it’s a little light, however, seeing as how I’ve never done anything like this before I figured it would be a good idea to ease into the routine and focus on making this a habitual experience. I will continue with this through the first 2 weeks, then I will add the other elements of the newbie routine as well as the extra repetitions.
My beginning figures are listed below
FL – 4”
FG – 3 7/8 “
BPFL – 4 7/8”
EL – 6 3/8”
EG – 4 7/8”
BPEL – 7 1/4”
My goals for the next 6 months are..
EL - 7”
EG - 5 1/4”
BPEL - 7 3/4”
