New to site, not pe.
Hey guys. I,m the nooby here at thunders place. Thanks for having me. I,have been doing pe for the last couple of months. I started with a bpel of 5.75 and a eg of 5.50. Since then I have gained. I am presently 6 3/8 bpel ,still have the 5.50. I started out with a nooby routine I read about and increased the routine a little each week. I,m a real positive ,motivated guy. I am going to achieve the goals I set out for. This month I,m doing a little more intense routine. 10min. Warm-up warm towel rap. I was doing 5 way stretches for 1 minute each way. Now I,m going straight down and to the left and right. 60 sec. Each. Doing a 5 lb.milkjug stretch for 5 min. ,300 wets straight down ,putting my shoulder into it, lasting 3-5 sec. Each. Switching palmup-palmdown each stoke. Hot shower warmdown with towel wrapped around penis.( insulation). I am hoping to add 1/8 inch or more this month. ( Note that If I feel any pain at all during or the next day I make sure I give myself extra healing time.)this is about gains and not hurting yourself. Allow your self plenty of time to recover from your last workout. Good luck and great gains.
