New To PEing is what I'm doing right
Ok I’ve been PEing for a week. I start with a 5 min warm up then stretch for the same ammount of time. I jelq for 10 min then stretch. That is my routine so far. I’m working on length first because I am fatter than usual already. Between strokes I’m glans fulls with blood doubleing in size and after the set I have red spots on my glans. Am I overworking and is what I’m doing right for my length goal gains?
