I am new to PE and am doing the JP’s 90 routine and I have been at it for 4 days already. Do any of you experienced members have any tips. I warm up for 10 minutes with a heated water rag and then do stretches for about 5-10 minutes. I then do 50 wet jelqs followed by 30 V-Jelqs until I do 150 wet jelqs and 90 V-jelqs. After the jelqing, I warm down with a heated water rag again for about another 10 minutes.

Is this a good newbie routine? Should I see any results by the end if the 3 months? And finally, should I stop all sexual activity including masturbating while doing this? Any tips and advice will help out thanks a lot.

It’s definitely an adequate newbie routine. Some would say you could do more or less, but overall it’s in a good starting range to see how your dick responds. If gains come easily for you you might have gained half an inch in length and a quarter or more in girth after 3 months, or maybe you’re a hard gainer and remain your current size. It all comes down to your PI’s and how your dick responds on a daily basis. I’d suggest familiarizing yourself with the information in the thread I’m linking you to at the bottom of this comment. As for sexual activity, masturbation is up to you. I’m not a prolific gainer (nor do I intend to be; while I haven’t reached my goal yet, my girlfriend is already very tight at my current size) but I have seen growth over my time doing PE and the longest I’ve gone without masturbation during that period was about 2 weeks. I wouldn’t stop having sex if I were you though. That’s the whole reason we have a penis in the first place. ;) Having said that, someone did post a study here comparing gains between ejaculation frequencies. I’ll post the link to that as well.

If you haven’t already done so, it would be a good idea to click on the Beginners page. Lots of good information on what Thunders is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to pick one of the beginners routines and continue with It for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

It sounds like a great balanced routine.

If you’re like me, I’m new here too, relatively. I started mid December. I’ve tweaked my routine a bit. And I decided to only measure on monthly intervals, to keep morale up. But I’ve definitely noticed flaccid gains in length especially, but also girth. Erect gains are more subtle but I can feel them there.

Years passed I started but quickly gave up. This time I’m determined to stay the course.

Well this is my rest weekend and my indicators have been increased EQ, I still have night and morning wood, and I noticed some slight soreness after doing the routine.


Start: BPEL: 6’ MEG:4.5’

Now: BPEL:6.5’ MEG:5’

Goal: BPEL:7.5’ MEG: 6’
