New To PE
I am new to PE and am doing the JP’s 90 routine and I have been at it for 4 days already. Do any of you experienced members have any tips. I warm up for 10 minutes with a heated water rag and then do stretches for about 5-10 minutes. I then do 50 wet jelqs followed by 30 V-Jelqs until I do 150 wet jelqs and 90 V-jelqs. After the jelqing, I warm down with a heated water rag again for about another 10 minutes.
Is this a good newbie routine? Should I see any results by the end if the 3 months? And finally, should I stop all sexual activity including masturbating while doing this? Any tips and advice will help out thanks a lot.
