Wassup fellas I’m kind of new to all of this. Been awhile since the last time haha. I read the newbie thread and already began with the process of manuel excercises. I’m thinking of grabbing a bathmate x40 or x40 extreme. I’m currently at 8” BPEL and 5.0 in girth would like to achieve 9 x 6. All starting info and tips are appreciated

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

So far I’m 2 days on 1 day off. Pick back up tomorrow. I do notice some more veins popping out & maybe even a little more girth when erect, so did my lady friend haha. Can’t wait till I’m about 3-6 months in to see the results. Aiming more for girth first since I’m at 8” already but gladly welcome both!

Check out the beginners routines and see if you can modify your routine. Continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

Once conditioned, consider a good pump system. I gained about an inch girth thanks to pumping.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

If you want to have some big dick to fuck a new girl who’s coming over, you should get the bathmate mannn, I got the bathmate hercules and everytime I do 10min jelqing and a 25min session with realy hot water, I go from 5,1inch to 6,3 inch MSEG, wish these gains were permanent :(

Thanks for the info fellas. I’m taking it slowly. On day 4 of the newbie routine today, I do 10min heat with rice sock & a hot wet cloth. 10 min of stretches (up, down, left, right, out) then wet jelq slowly for about 200 or more times. I take the cloth and wrap around the sock because it too hot to put directly on my penis, then wrap it around and let it sit. Also heating it back up when needed because while I jelq I also use the sock & cloth to keep heat. Then I stretch again, add heat for 10min to relax the muscles while doing 50-100 kegels(5-10 sec holds) so far this has been my routine. I am definitely going to grab a bath mate once I get a little further with my routine, I want to be patient and take my time to ensure safety. I know there good for girth and prob some length, I just have to figure out what size I need to buy. I will take some pics and measurements today to keep track of progress. So far my progress from what I notice is a little thicker, maybe even longer. Flaccid is longer & thicker too. And my EQ is like titanium lol I’ve never had a problem with it(thank god) but man it’s solid! I’ll be back later with some updates

Alright I did my routine today and a few hours after my penis feels sore. Not hurt but sore. I guess that’s normal? I have an off day tomorrow so I will pick up on Monday. Haven’t measured yet, I have to go buy a better ruler so I will do that shortly.

Sup fellas, been continuing with the newbie routine. I apply heat about 5-10 min, stretch for 5-10 every direction, then I do about 200-300 jelqs followed by 50-100 jelq squeezes. To finish I do 50-100 kegals. On 2 days off 1. Missed a few days here n there but I been on top of it lately. Haven’t seen an increase in length really but my girth seems thicker. Gonna have to get some measurements. So far so good. Probably looking to grab a pump soon, any suggestions on which one o should buy?

Get a quality cylinder with a gauge. and LA Dist make great cylinders.

Ok. I’ve been looking at a few pumps, not sure which one to buy. LA dist has a few cylinders I was looking at. (Thick walled cylinder & eliptical) on pump toys I was looking at the (bull contour or magnum). What are the benefits of full package pumping like the bullmaster contour & magnum cylinders?? Which would be better? Trying to make a good decision.

Anyone have any info?
