Hi I’m new to the whole PE thing, and was wondering what the best methods for reaching my goals as soon as possible.

My current stats are 6.25” BPEL and 5.5” MSEG

11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

I’m a Newbie too, and I’ve already read a lot of posts on this sight that warn against going gangbusters, and I agree with jd10021, start with the newbie routine for a few months and go from there. I just started the newbie routine a week ago, and I was sore after the first two-day session. I know we all want to get bigger as fast as possible, but we need to be careful not to put ourselves in an injurious situation!

Welcome to the board, we are very close in beginning size and I just started not long ago. Newbie routine is good, I have been doing that 10min twice daily. Besides that I purchased a Phallosan stretcher to stack with the jelqing in hopes for quicker gains, I don’t love wearing it but wow I feel lucky to have it seeing pics of guys using traditional extenders. I feel these methods are safe, there are other methods like pumping, clamping, hanging etc. but personally I feel as a newbie I can likely get good gains without these for now and without the risks of injury, skin darkening etc. Once my newbie gains have (based on what I have seen on this forum) plateaued then I can always consider more advanced and/or risky methods. You have a penis that will satisfy any woman (used right) so consider carefully your risk appetite because it’s all novelty after a certain point.

I was wondering if dry jelqing is painful?

Do you use the same technique and pressure?

Are the results any different?

Also, how can you tell if your pulling or squeezing hard enough. I haven’t experienced any pain, but going any harder seems abusive.

When I have completed exercise, I have a much larger flaccid state, probably 85% of my erect size, and I’m a grower not a shower.

I return to my original flaccid state within 5-10 minutes. Anyone know if it sounds like I’m on the right track .

My wife was very happy when I got out of the shower yesterday, where I exercised, her eyes were as big as saucers.

I dry jelq, mostly because I live in a college dorm and wet jelqing requires a level of privacy I simply don’t have. Personally, I don’t find it painful; however, I’m circumcised so that may not be the case if you’re uncut. Watch the jelqing videos in the tutorial section to see what I’m talking about, but I’ll try to explain as best I can.

With a wet jelq, you’re essentially gliding over your shaft (hence the need for lubrication) while applying pressure via the ok-grip. With a dry jelq, this gliding doesn’t occur. Instead, you’re moving with the skin instead of over it. Think of it like pushing up the sleeves on your shirt, where your shirt represents your skin and your arm represents the rest of your penis. When you push your sleeves up, you’re still holding onto the same part of your shirt, regardless of where it is in relation to your arm underneath. This is why it’s generally recommended to make your grip somewhere in the middle of your shaft when dry jelqing, since excessive stretching of the skin can be quite painful.

I haven’t measured yet, my wife commented it looks bigger but I am not going to measure until 2-3 months.

Thanks for sharing that, great simple explanation. Tried it and it feels like it could be really effective, going to incorporate that into my routine.

Any time. I try to be as clear as I can when explaining things online. Just out of curiosity, did you mean to say you tried dry-jelqing? I’m about 2 weeks into a dry-jelq and JAI routine (with the occasional v-stretch for good measure). Haven’t taken any measurements yet, but I’ve been getting lots of positive PI’s and maybe 1 or 2 neutrals.
