Hey everyone,

Just letting you all know a little about me. I’m a big guy, body wise, but my penis could use some help. I’m 6ft 2 and 235 lbs. My penis is 6 inches BPEL and 4.5 in EG. I would be happy gaining 0 length and gaining like .75 - 1 inch in girth. If anyone has any pointers, please feel free to shoot them over. Thanks!

If you’re looking for mostly girth and you’re just starting, go with the newbie routine and focus a bit more on jelqs. Work your way up slowly to higher erection percentage jelqing as you become more experienced. Jelqing at a higher erection level targets girth quite effectively and should cause you to gain as a newbie.

Some help for new member

Hello,

I am very new to this website and finding the thing that I am looking for is confusing.
I am looking for routine for totally new member.
I have not done any type of exercises for the purpose of growing my penis before.
Please advise where I can find the routine to start.
My penis is long enough to me: 7.9 Inch
It has a big head but I would love to have grow in thickness of the shaft.
I appreciate your help.
Please do not use words only. For example, if you say Jelqing, I do not know what routine it is. I need details. Thanks in advance.
