New to PE

I’m new to PE. What’s a good routine to start with? I want to increase length, but also girth. I especially want to increase girth in the bottom section of the penis (I think it’s called the corpus spongiosum?) because this part is unusually small. My length is 6 inches and I haven’t measured girth yet.

Also, I’m concerned about jelqing because the lower part of my shaft (the part closest to the glans) is already thicker than the base, and I don’t want to make this worse. Thanks!

Once you’re done the Newbie Routine for a while, you might want to add pumping into your routine. Before you start that, read some of the threads in the Pumping forum.

Keep in mind that it is very difficult to do very specific reshaping of your penis. Length exercises have the potential to add girth, girth exercises can result in more length. I don’t know if you ‘ll be able to increase your corpus spongiosum specifically.

And there’s nothing wrong with a ‘tree trunk’ shape, but I may be biased, as that’s how I’m shaped:

Like he said ^ .. Newbie routine is excellent (I’m currently doing an advanced newbie routine and it’s working great) but you should take it slow and see how your body reacts to the newbie routine. As for getting the base of your penis to match the top’s girth, I’m not too sure about that but hopefully some of the more experienced PE’ers can help you.

Pumping, hanging and clamping all tend to grow the base more than the upper part. These techniques are better suited after some months on the newbie routine.
