Hi Guys,

This is my first post! I’ve known about this site for a few years now and although I have tried the newbie routine, I never saw any gains as I didn’t do it for long enough. Recently I have been reading a few posts and have found new motivation.

Something happened at work this week which has made me think a lot. I’m part of a committee at work and to contribute I always participate in things for charity. This week me and a few friends dressed up to do a charity aerobics session which was fine but we had our photos taken which eventually went round the whole office. I heard one lady say to another ‘just confirms what I thought!’ when looking at a pic of me. I guess the pic isn’t exactly flattering and I do have a fairly small penis so I’m guessing that’s what she was referring to.

I really hate the fact most women want a man with a huge penis. Well I hate the fact I don’t have one to be honest lol. I am very conscious of the size of my penis and it has stopped me from approaching girls for years which is really frustrating because I’ve been told from girls that I’m not a bad looking guy.

Thinking about the situation has really made me want to give PE a serious effort. My flaccid size is 3.5 inches. Erect just under 6. Just over when pressed.

Would appreciate your thoughts on my post :-)

just start with your routines man, you know it is feels great when you go to a club and then you take the monster out and compare to the others, and you notice that one you have in there is the biggest feels so great!


Your sucess is directly proportional to how bad you want something.

Actualidad : 18cm x 13.5cm and still growing!

6” is a decent starting point my friend! Be grateful for the tool you have been given, and remember to stick to the newbie routine religiously for 3 months 2 days 1 day off! I gained a quick .5” which is now permanent as I took a 2 month decon and my stats remain! PE works!

Thanks for the comments guys. One question, what is decon? Is it taking time off to cement gains?

The key to PE to work is consistent workout, so even if you don’t see much gains in a short period of time the results will come just keep it on

Decon refers to a deconditioning break sometimes taken to let your unit “rest” if you’re not experiencing any gains at the time. If one is gaining and your PIs are good, keep going.

Game Day!

I approached my PE efforts just like I did at any sport (as a 59 yr old has been jock) come up with your game plan and stick with it. your goal is to gain a larger tool, the training is hard >:-) but it makes game day a lot more fun and all that training becomes well worth the effort. :linux:

cwclark - your results are staggering!! It must have been a phenominal 12 months for you!!? How did you do it? 1.3” in Length, 1.2” in Girth - WOW!!

Can I ask what your routine is like?

I started with manual stretches about 10-15 min/dy 3 x/dy (I had not heard of PE); some research led me to Jelqing which led me to Thunder’s Place, where I read all the instructions, watched the videos, decided on a program I thought would work for me. I did the Newbie routine for 6 weeks (progressively increasing each week). My routine continues to increase in time and intensity; currently I take about 65minutes a day.

Like most of us, I had modified my daily activities to make time for this. I get up 1-1/2 hr earlier than before to do this. So I start at 4:50AM do 5 min of light stretching, 5-10 min warm-up w/ a rice-sock; 40-45 min jelqing (I use various techniques including several uli’s) and I make sure I do Kegels thru-out, then 5-10 min warm-up. I finish with a little sunblock rub-down on my pumped tool to protect it during the cooldown period. I do a two on, one off schedule and do one on the week-end if I have the opportunity.

Three to five times during the day I do 5-min (bathroom break) stretches and try to do 200-400 Kegels thru-out the day. This might be hard for some people, but I have a desk job.

A lot of people have ask for my routine, maybe I need to start a thread? :-k Well anyway, good luck on your progress and happy ‘BIG’ gains.

In college, I went out one morning with my shirt off and had a conversation with some neighbors. One of them (who was very hot — but that’s irrelevant) started to say, “holy hell man you are…” and I interrupted her and said “yeah, I know I’m really pale.” Later I found out that she was about to say “holy hell man you are really ripped.” The point? Don’t always assume the worst. Don’t always assume that people see us the way we see ourselves. Who knows, maybe after seeing you in aerobics gear confirmed her suspicions that you’re gay (kidding) ;)


Starting (May 2010): BPEL:6" EG: 4 7/8". Current (April 2011): BPEL: 6 3/4" EG: 5 1/4".

Roosterstretch - you have turned on the light bulb in my head. One of the problems I have with women is that they think I’m gay. I’m very eccentric and I have 3 older sisters so I can see why I may come across gay. I think you’re right though, about the girl referring to the pic because since she has continued to check me out so..
I’m not sure, it just seemed to make sense when I read your post. I mean what girl would continue to check out a guy if she thought he was too ‘small’ for her.

By the way, cwclark - your routine is very impressive. Getting up at 4.50am.never! Keep up the good work, your an inspiration man! Lol

So how did she see your penis? Did you send a naked pic to your workplace?

What?

No lol. I was wearing a white Elvis style ‘onesy’ basically pyjamas or babygros for men if that’s possible. I was wearing black boxers which didn’t help!
