New to PE

I’ve been doing PE for about 3 week, and still no gains. Here is my routine.

Warm up: 3 minutes.
Power Stretch: all directions 5 minutes
Ultimate Jelq: 100 Strokes ( 2-3 sec ) 5 minutes
V-Stretch: 5 minutes
Jelq and Hold: 20 times hold for 10 sec - 4 minutes
Warm Down: 3 minutes.

I’m not sure if am doing something wrong by using this kind of heating pad before and after workout. Http://heatedcatbedreview.com/files…heating-pad.jpg

Any advice regarding the routine and the heat pad would be greatly appreciated.

I was doing the newbie routine for a month and a half when I took a break from PE (due to circumstances). I hadn’t seen any gains ‘till then and I think I did something wrong. I hope I did something wrong because the alternative is that I’m a hard gainer. I started PE-ing again just now and I hope I do better this time.
My point is (other than whining about not gaining :P) that you could try doing something different (the newbie routine for example) and see if the PI’s get better.

I have a question not worth opening a new thread for, regarding right and wrong PE-ing: Most people say that their dicks are pumped up after a PE session, some claim for as much as an hour from simple routines like stretching+jelqing. Am I doing something wrong, considering the fact that my little friend isn’t pumped up after doing my routine, or at least not for long - by the time I warm down it’s back to normal. :?

quantum, sounds like you are ‘over-training’ to me. Start with the Newbie Routine. PE is about ‘feel’, not hauling on your dick as hard as you can.
Make a rice sock for your warm up; I think it will work far better than the cat bed.

viksenpai, some people just don’t get that post workout pump, but very often that too is because of slight over-training, orit could be something as simple as wearing underpants without much room in them, or tight trousers. I often didn’t get much extra hang, but it never stopped me gaining.

No, no problem at all. Don’t worry about doing a bit less and then building it up. Many guys respond better to a ‘less is more’ routine.

Thank you very much firegoat. Regarding the heating pad am not able to make the rice sock one due to some privacy. Does it matter if I continue using this kind of heating pads while switching to newbie routine ?

Any heat is good heat! But honestly, I don’t think a cat bed is going to generate enough heat. You could try something as simple as a glass (or thermos flask) of hot water, and just dip your penis into it. It’s not as good as heating up the whole pubic area, but probably better than a cat bed. I still prefer a Phillips Infra Red lamp to anything else.

Hi guys, can I perform the newbie routine for 1 day on 1 day off instead of 2 days on 1 day off ?
I’m switching from the below routine to the newbie routine as it was considered an over-training
For some members.

OLD ROUTINE:

Warm up: 3 minutes.

V-Stretch: 5 minutes
Jelq and Hold: 20 times hold for 10 sec - 4 minutes

Thank you firegoat, I guess I’ll pay more attention to my PI’s, because I too have the feeling that I’m slightly over-training.

quantium, I’m using a water bottle (0.5L). Just cut the neck as far down as you need it to be (too far down and it’ll be the same as a glass) and it works better than a glass for me. I don’t feel safe with hot water/hot wraps on my balls so that’s the best method for me as I can dip my penis only. :)

Clarification: when I say pubic area, I don’t mean your balls - sorry for any misinterpretation - I meant your ‘fat pad’ area.

I don’t see why not. See how it works out for you over the course of one or two months and then adjust your regimen if you need. A very good measure of how well you’re doing would be to pay close attention to your physiological indicators (PIs). Happy gaining!
