New to PE
I’ve been doing PE for about 3 week, and still no gains. Here is my routine.
Warm up: 3 minutes.
Power Stretch: all directions 5 minutes
Ultimate Jelq: 100 Strokes ( 2-3 sec ) 5 minutes
V-Stretch: 5 minutes
Jelq and Hold: 20 times hold for 10 sec - 4 minutes
Warm Down: 3 minutes.
I’m not sure if am doing something wrong by using this kind of heating pad before and after workout. Http://heatedcatbedreview.com/files…heating-pad.jpg
Any advice regarding the routine and the heat pad would be greatly appreciated.
