New to PE
I’ve been doing PE for about 3 week, and still no gains. Here is my routine.
Warm up: 3 minutes.
Power Stretch: all directions 5 minutes
Ultimate Jelq: 100 Strokes ( 2-3 sec ) 5 minutes
V-Stretch: 5 minutes
Jelq and Hold: 20 times hold for 10 sec - 4 minutes
Warm Down: 3 minutes.
I’m not sure if am doing something wrong by using this kind of heating pad before and after workout.
Any advice regarding the routine and the heat pad would be greatly appreciated.
