New To PE
Hi to all,
I have just recently discovered PE and have read alot about it,
I think I had read enough to start 3 days ago and I was wondering if you have to go straight into a set routine, as I am living with my parents, I don’t have the time to warm up, stretch jelq, stretch, warm down,
I mainly just have a 10-15 minute jelq, is this ok From a starting point or should I use the set newbie routine?
Also I don’t really understand Kegels too much, I think I’ve found the PC or whatever muscle it is, and I can only hold max tension for a bout 3 seconds, then the muscle sort of tires and pulsates?
I am Still Just looking for any information that anyone will give to me.
