Hi to all,

I have just recently discovered PE and have read alot about it,

I think I had read enough to start 3 days ago and I was wondering if you have to go straight into a set routine, as I am living with my parents, I don’t have the time to warm up, stretch jelq, stretch, warm down,

I mainly just have a 10-15 minute jelq, is this ok From a starting point or should I use the set newbie routine?

Also I don’t really understand Kegels too much, I think I’ve found the PC or whatever muscle it is, and I can only hold max tension for a bout 3 seconds, then the muscle sort of tires and pulsates?

I am Still Just looking for any information that anyone will give to me.

Well I have a similar situation, but I don’t have a problem with it. When I do PE I just lock my door :D

If you can some how find a way, the newbie routine is the best! Hmm and for the Kegels, you can be sure if you found them when you take a piss. Just start urinating and then hold the flow, then stop the contraction and let it flow. It’s the best way to locate the muscle. The 3 second tension is ok. When you train it, after some time you will be able to do more without a problem, it’s normal for starters.

Started: 15.5cm x 12cm, Now: 19.5cm x 13.3cm, Goal: 21cm x 15cm

Cheers Luka, except my door doesn’t have a lock, so yeah, so ill stick to the shower, shitter, and the bed at night, Ill try and adapt the newbie routine if I can and go from there.
