Hey y’all just wanted to properly introduce myself.
My name is Mike and I have a problem. I have the right length but
I want to have a monster-cock and become a sex god.

No, but I really love this site, it is very informative and I hope to learn a lot. My main goal is to achieve more girth since I am happy with my length. I know that consistency is the key to achieving my goals and I plan to stick with this until I achieve them.
With that said I plan on doing the newbie routine for a few months to get my hands wet then once I got the feel of it I will possible move onto more exercises focused on making my girth the size of a elephants trunk.

Welcome Mike. Great attitude, and it looks like you have a good plan set out for yourself. All I can add to that is make sure you spend adequate time warming up before doing the newbie routine because that will help with expansion. Heat it the key!

If girth is your aim, you should try looking into clamping after you’ve been jelqing for 3 months. Here’s a link to a guy who got to 7” girth after 3 years on-and-off of clamping and jelqing:

Also, let me caution you on the discoloration that comes with clamping. It’s permanent and can’t be reversed, but I guess some guys aren’t bothered by some discoloration since, afterall, they’re getting a monster cock.

Like the other guy said, there’s also pumping, which can increase girth; but from my personal experience pumping makes my erection less hard and sensitive the proceeding day.

But at what cost? Look at that discoloration!! Take it easy for now :) . Many people get great girth gains from pumping, so that could be something to look into as well.

Yes, most gains will be “healthy” gains. You can tell because your erections will probably be stronger/harder. Discoloration can be caused by excessive pressure or from loss of circulation. Adding extra heat might help avoid discoloration though, but don’t worry you wont get anywhere near that kind of discoloration from regular PE, much less the newbie routine. Good luck soal.

I’d rather have a small dick than a discolored one. It gets discolored for a reason. That reason is, you damaged it somehow. PE should not kill dicks.

Well a discolored dick can still be perfectly healthy, it just has blood trapped under the skin or has become bruised from intense pressures. Many hangers have experienced a fair share of discoloration, and they didn’t necessarily do anything wrong.
