New to PE

I just started the newbie routine Saturday.

2 days on / 1 day off

5 min warm up
5 min stretching
10 min jelq
5 min warm down

I need to gain length and girth. I’m around 6.25 - 6.4 NBPEL. When will I start seeing results? Any tips?

You won’t see results until aleast 2-3 weeks. If not 3-5 months for the hard gainers. Look around buddy, tons of great information!

My goal right now is to get to about 7X5

Welcome to Thunders buddy. Your goals are attainable, go for the Newbie routine or slightly less. Make sure you stick to it and you should see some difference before the month is out. It may take up to 3 months before you see anything, but don’t let that put you off.

Just make sure you read around a lot and take time to digest information before you rush off and injure yourself. If there’s anything you need to know that you can’t find through a search, just ask, everyone is very helpful around here.
