New to PE
Hey everyone, First off I should have found this place a while ago. I do however have a few question I would like answered if possible.
Right now I’m content with my penis length and size, but like a lot of people , would like it an inch longer, I take a look at the newbie schedule it lays out for newer people, Now my question is what aspect should I focus more on in the very beginning? Should I focus on working my PC muscle first or can I start out with the routine?
Question 2 is pretty straight forward, I am a smoker, some consider me a heavy smoker, I normally smoke at least a pack of smokes a day, will this affect the PE gains I could get if I wasn’t a smoker?
Third question is this my girlfriend says that our time in “bed” is fine, but sometimes I think I don’t think I last very long, Is kegels a good way to really hit the stamina? Or is there a better way for that?
I have not started this yet but will plan to once Monday rolls around
