New to PE

Hey everyone, First off I should have found this place a while ago. I do however have a few question I would like answered if possible.

Right now I’m content with my penis length and size, but like a lot of people , would like it an inch longer, I take a look at the newbie schedule it lays out for newer people, Now my question is what aspect should I focus more on in the very beginning? Should I focus on working my PC muscle first or can I start out with the routine?

Question 2 is pretty straight forward, I am a smoker, some consider me a heavy smoker, I normally smoke at least a pack of smokes a day, will this affect the PE gains I could get if I wasn’t a smoker?

Third question is this my girlfriend says that our time in “bed” is fine, but sometimes I think I don’t think I last very long, Is kegels a good way to really hit the stamina? Or is there a better way for that?

I have not started this yet but will plan to once Monday rolls around

The newbie routine is exactly that, for newbies. You should do all elements of the routine, although you could start as a lesser pace as I did, this is called the linear newbie routine. Basically start with just 30 jelqs and a minute stretching building up for a month slowly until you hit the newbie routine.

kegels are a way for better erections and to increase stamina.

As for smoking halting PE gains, I’ve no idea. What I can say is smoking will probably take years off your life, and I rather be alive than dead with a big dick. Certainly halting smoking or cutting down will help your health and I guess possibly have a positive impact on PE.

This is a good place to start. Do the routine exactly as it says. It will give both length and girth, so don’t worry about that yet.

Stop smoking. It is not healthy and it reduces the hardness of erections.

Do kegels and reverse kegels to lasting longer.


Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.

I’ve noticed when I smoke I get far more red spots and other minor injuries doing PE than when I don’t smoke. If you keep reading on the forum and learn how to use the ‘Search’ function well, you will find all your questions have been answered many times before. There are over a million posts here!
