New to PE

Hey guys I’m about a month into PE and was wondering what you PE veterans think of this workout I’ve been doing?

1. Warm Up 3 minutes
2. Power Stretch 5 minutes
3. Ultimate Jelq 5 minutes
4. V Stretch 5 minutes
5. Jelq and Hold 4 minutes
6. Warm Down 3 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

I do PC flexes randomly throughout the day.

Do you guys think this is a solid start for a beginner?

When I started out, I just did jelqing mixed with kegels and stretches for an hour

It’s a good start. Take a look at the newbie routine offered here at Thunders Place. I still use it since I have started here as a warm up before my advanced exercises and I have had very good success. The newbie is a very good exercise. Welcome to Thunders Place

I feel like an idiot, but I can’t find how to measure girth. Is it just wrap the tape measure around and see what it says?

Correct. That’s all there is to it.

You might want to measure girth at different points: base, mid shaft and just below the head. That way you can very accurately measure your girth increments.
