New to PE

I am new to PE and right now doing my research before starting. I have found a lot of information and would like to get some advice. Any feedback or comments to my statements/questions are appreciated.

1. What is the most effective PE method?

My research indicates the following form of PE: exercise, pills, patches, extenders. Looks like pills and patches alone don’t really work. Leaves exercising and extenders. Extenders appear to be very efficient, studies supposedly show gains of about 0.5cm per month or 1 inch in 5 months when using devises daily. Exercise seems to work but it looks like more difficult than wearing an extender for a few hours every day. I would like feedback on extenders.

Also, how about combining a PE extender with taking a supplement and doing a few exercises daily (15 minutes every day)?

Of the available extenders, which one is recommended? Below is a list that I found:

Size Genetics Device
Fast Size
MaxWilly Extender
ProExtender Device
Auto Extender
Jes Extender
PeniMaster
AndroPenis

They vary in price but I don’t really care about the cost. I do however care about comfort and effectiveness. I assume they are all about equally effective since it appears to be the same “technology”. However do any of you have experience with which ones are more comfortable? I was thinking about ordering 2-3 different ones and then deciding for myself which ones I like the most.

I have also found a device called “Jelq device”. Any feedback on using this device?

Also, if using an extender will taking a supplement help increasing results? Will taking a supplement make a difference? If yes, which supplement do you recommend to be using while wearing an extender and doing exercise?

And if I decide to exercise daily for 15 minutes in addition to wearing an extender, what exercise do you recommend?

2. Realistic Time line

My starting measurements are BPEL 5.85 in. (14.8cm) and EG 4.65 in. (11.8cm). My goal is BPEL 7.00 in. (17.8cm) and EG 5.50 in. (14cm). How much time should I give myself achieving this goal? I currently imagine a program of wearing an extender for 20 hours per week and doing exercises for 2 hours per week. Possibly if recommended with a supplement.

Is there a danger that wearing an extender I could achieve BPEL 7.00 but not achieve EG 5.50 in? How do I make sure my girth expands according to length increases (goal is to gain 1.15 in length and 0.85 in in girth)?

Summary of questions:

1. Extenders, good tool? Possibly most effective tool?
2. Which extender is recommended? Most comfortable? Most effective?
3. Do pills enhance results with extenders and exercise?
4. Which exercise technique is recommended if used only 15 minutes per day?
5. What’s a realistic time line for growing length by 1.15 in and girth by 0.85 in?
6. How do I make sure girth grows consistently while length is increasing?

I appreciate any feedback and any experience that can save time.

agabe: Welcome to the forum:

First let me give you the good news and the bad news. The good new is: You don’t need to spend any money at this point. The bad news is, you are probably not ready to start with any devices, and this is really not very bad news, because the first and easiest gains come from the manual exercises laid out for you in the newbie routine: See it here:

START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info

This phase of your PE journey is very important for three reasons. One: this it the time where you toughen your shaft to be able to withstand the more rigorous routines that are to come: Two, this is the time you get the easily newbie gains that come from the shock of working your penis in ways it has never been worked before, and three: this is time you need to read and research the forum, while working the newbie routine. We have a terrific search engine that will take you anywhere and save you asking redundant questions that have been dealt with by the vets.

As far as Pills. Forget them. Penis pills simply do not work. There are some good supplements that will promote better blood flow, such as arginine and NXO2. Also a good vitamin and mineral regimen is always good. Research the Injuries and Supplements forum. There is a wealth of info there.

As far as devices: Again, save your money. There will come a time down the road when you will probably want to invest in a good hanger, or pump or extender or all of these. But for now the only tools you need are your hands and your brain.
If you want to use the supper jelq in your newbie jelqing routine, that is fie. You don’t really need it to begin, but it is a good tool and will help you down the road. BUT DON’T BUY IT. They are charging over $70.00 for this thing now, and all it is is a pair of canning tongs and a dollar’s worth of pipe insulation: See this thread on building your own for less than ten bucks:

Homemade Power JELQ

And how to use it here:

Power JELQ (canning tong) techniques

As far as extenders go, I highly recommend the AutoExtender. Read about it here:

AutoExtender Reviews

I know it is tempting to want to jump ahead, and get right into the hardcore routines, but by doing this you will be cheating yourself out of the easy newbie gains that most experience, and also you will possibly sustain an injury that will set you back miles in your career. One step at a time, slow and steady wins the race.

Best of luck
BG

I appreciate any feedback and any experience that can save time.

I’m relatively new here, too, so don’t take anything I say as gospel.

I think extenders are a good tool, because I believe continuous, gentle pressure is a good idea. However.. I have grave doubts that any of these things is comfortable for long-term wear. I have the PeniMaster and can only tolerate it for about an hour. I’ve just gotten a different third-party head and will see if it’s any better. On the other hand, I also just got a set of PEWeights, which I *do* find quite comfortable and can wear for hours.

Personally, I doubt if pills are worth the expense, unless your diet is really deficient in nutrients. That said, I do believe a good diet is important for any kind of ‘body-building’, including PE. Not to mention good blood flow, stamina, etc.

Also personally, I don’t think 15 min. A day is enough. My understanding after *much* reading here is that this is going to take a long time and a lot of effort. I accept that. I also buy the argument that variety is important, and so mix jelqing, stretching, pumping, weights (minor), clamping and the extender, not all on the same day (usually :-) Results are highly individualistic, and I’ve heard/read of the kind of growth you’re seeking occurring in anywhere from three months to a year. There’s a British medical journal study that confirms that these techniques, on the average, lead to about 1.25” in length in 12 months.

That’s my take, and I hope it helps. I’ll leave it to the vets to give you more complete and definitive answers.

Clark, BG and P2, thanks for your advice. I will make sure I read through all the info available on this site and start with the newbie routines! Your own gains are motivating!
