New to PE. What should I do for girth

Hi there, I am new to PE and it seems interesting to me but I don’t how to start. I am already pretty happy with my length (7.5 inches), but I would like to gain some girth (I am 5.5 at base). What is a good beginner routine to gain girth but not much length? Would appreciate your advice.

Also if my English is not perfect than I apologize; it is not my native language

Take a look at the FAQ link at the top of the page. If you read through it, you’ll eventually reach some links on manual exercises and videos on how to do them properly. Jelqs can be done to focus more on girth, for example. There are several others.

Be careful, though - especially at first. To get girth gains, you will be doing things that trap blood in your penis to put pressure on the jacket that surrounds the soft tissue and stretch it. It is easy to overdo it and break the small blood vessels in your penis - it shows up as small red dots on the skin. If you see those, go easier next time, take a break, and let them heal (it only takes a few days).

And be patient. Girth gains come slowly.

I gained over one inch from an aggressive pumping routine. Clamping is another proven way to increase girth. However, you need to condition your dick before starting with devices

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
