New To PE. Wanna Introduce And Ask Some Questions.

Good morning guys I’m new to PE.
Been reading on the topic for about two months and doing PE for two weeks now.

Little about myself I am a marine reservist, married and soon to be father. Very active in the gym and into powerlifting. Looked into PE after realizing one day I want to improve myself on every aspects. I do have some insecurities.

I’ve been doing Jp’s 90 day beginner routine.

I’m concerned about the risks of PE. What are the dangers? Is it possible to loose size during PE?
I read some guys lost girth and length. I know ED and nerve damage is possible. And to get these negative side effects what causes them?

I know not overdoing and resting is essential.
I just want to be safe before starting and actually digressing in size when I am trying to gain size.

Welcome to the forum. You’ll find that your questions are quite common and often asked and answered. I don’t know what JP90 or DLD routines are, but a simple routine of basic warmup, stretching and jelqing are the way to go for at least 3 months plus.

Never mind just saw that I can’t post links from other PE pages.

And I found the injuries as treatments pages so that answer my injuries question. However one thing I really want to know is if it’s possible to loose size from PE, whether doing it incorrectly or overdoing it?

Warming Up

For warming up is soaking in a hot tub or hot bath fine, or does it need to he a hot wrap?

Loss of size due PE is only temporary, overdoing it will cause lower EQ.

I am a Newbie as of today. I have been researching for a long while. First of all, I apologize if I am breaking post etiquette. Secondly, finally a mature place to talk about PE. My question is this, after jelqing is it normal to have little purple spots on the head of penis? Almost looks like little blood blisters.

You overdid it. Take a few days off at least until the spot is healed. When you start back up, go easier on the force.

Texan, I merged your threads together. You asked some questions regarding PE in this thread and then started a new thread less than an hour later with another question related to the same topic. Try to keep all of your generalized questions together unless they are more specific and you can’t find the answer you are looking for by searching. Warming up protocols are very common and the forum is littered with threads and questions/answers about this.

Now I’ll answer your question, it doesn’t quite matter how you warm up as long as you warm the tissues through. Bath, hot wrap, heating pad, etc. all are acceptable.

Can’t stress enough to look over and stick with the Newbie routine. It is party designed to keep guys from destroying themselves with heavier, riskier techniques. And to get one accustomed to the feel and nature of PE. Also, as much as one might think they know their penis, the routine will show otherwise, to a degree.

This is long-hand to say, if you follow the Newbie routine with moderation, you should be fine. And then follow your curiosity up on techniques or whatever that become interesting to you.

But know this: at any time with PE, there is always a risk of damage. But hell, that is true about standing in a shower, no? The big key is moderation. It is where new guys, when they screw up, have failed.
