New to PE. Trying to gain girth

Hello everyone! I’m new to this site and PE and I’m looking for some advice. I’ve been reading about how to gain girth and looking for more tips on squeezes and jelqs and how to gain girth.

I’ve had good sex with women but I’ve been told that I have a pencil dick :( while my length is good, I’ve been researching ways to gain girth. I did a few squeezes along with jelqs and when I’m flaccid it looks kinda thicker but then returns to its normal skinny state. Any advice for a newbie?

Read the newbie section as it has tons of info there…jelqing is a great exercise to gain girth but you can overtrain your dick very easily. Personally, I would start out with the newbie routine to condition your dick for the first 3 months and check for measurements each month. You can increase your jelqing every couple of weeks and see how it goes. This will give you a good indication of how your dick will respond to the exercises and then you make your adjustments from there. You might find out that you get great girth gains off the bat and don’t need to do the more intense workouts.

Take it slow, it’s a marathon not a sprint. Consistency is key so keep a log and take pictures to help keep track of progress. Read these forums for motivation and a source for inspiration…and post so you can inspire others.

Thank you very much for this. Is it ok to jelq dry? I don’t have lube in my house, I usually do dry hands. I’ll make sure to update you all

I’m not a big fan of dry jelqs but they can be used. You could use cetaphil moisturizing lotion which works great for dry skin and easily disguised around the house. It is also not extra slippery so provides a good jelqing grip in my opinion. Use is sparingly and there really isn’t much mess at all.

Everyone always preaches jelqing. I got good girth gains from water pumping. There are other exercises that target mostly girth like clamping but that isn’t recommended for noobs.


Start 2-3-08 BPEL 7.25" EG 5.25" Midshaft

Now BPEL 9.00" EG 5.50 " Midshaft
