Hi everybody!

I’m rather new to PE, though I already had some unlucky attempts in the past. Now I really wanna go straight through the routines and need some advise:

My routine now:

5 min. of warm-up. I don’t use a hot wrap, I just “dive” my penis into hot/warm water…is that ok??

Then I go ahead with like 250 jels, 100 of them with almost full erection (because I necessarily need girth, I only got 5”1, length is ok with about 7”4), the rest with like 60-70%.

5 min of hot/warm water again…

I don’t do any stretching, because I read this could decrease girth size which I absolutely don’t want!

Some questions:

1.) How can I achieve a uniform girth? I think it’s in the nature of jelqing that the upper part of the penis is much more expanded that the lower part, because this is where the blood excercises most pressure, right? I tried jelqing “backwards”, but this just doesn’t want to work, because at the bottom the penis doesn’t have an end like the glans at the top where the blood could gather. Any suggestions?

2.) Another thing that troubles me is that I’m afraid, that my superficial veins grow bigger as well when doing full erect jelqs. I already have the impression they grew a bit. I don’t think there is a way to avoid that, or is there one?

3.) Is it normal that the penis is pretty swollen at the upper part after each jelq session (no bruising)? Or am I doing it too extreme?

4.) Any other ways to gain girth pretty fast without doing 100% erect jelqs?

My experience of that is that it provides worse heating because you can get away with less heat. Your experience may vary.

Sounds like a good routine, watch those high erection level jelqs, you don’t want to injure yourself early on.

Answers:

1. If you are finding that pressure increases up the shaft you are probably jelqing with too firm a grip or too low an erection. Jelqing takes some time to get used to but continuing that will lead to a certain amount of baseball bat effect.

2. Your veins will increase in size and this is A Good Thing TM. The veiny look is a side effect of PE.

3. Swollen how? You mean a fluid swell? If thats the case you are experiencing the doughnut effect. A good hot wrap lessens the chance of this but a little swelling might be reasonable. You may be pushing too hard as well.

4. You can gain girth in lots of way (Horse440, ULI#3, Sadsak Slinky) but these are advanced exercises and you shouldn’t start them with less than a couple of months under your belt and its probably a good idea to lay off the 100% errect too for a while. Jelqing at high level used to be the standard girth method and I think it is still one of the most effective even if the post session pump isn’t as impressive as with the squeezes.

What I forgot telling about my routine: I jelq one day then take the other day off and so on, so that I finish with 3 or 4 jelq session a week. Is that ok or should I better jelq on two or more successive days?

How important is a well trained PC muscle for PE? I sometimes have problems pumping enough blood in my penis in order to do effective jelqing. So I always have to rush back to the base after each stroke to avoid that the blood flows back out of the penis.
How’s the state of your PC musle? Well trained?

Yes, so do stretches (not really the play play stretches people use for ligs).

Yup thats a doughnut (donut) effect. You will find a lot of posts on that with a search. Doesn’t your post session wrap help at all? A little of this is maybe not a problem (especially if it goes down with the post session hot wrap) but creating one with every session might make it more likely to happen again and worse, that happened to me.

Only you can really answer that. I’d say starting with 3:1 is probably a good idea and maybe switching to 5:2 later if necessary. You need to monitor your routine for effectiveness and if an element or the whole thing doesn’t appear to be working then change it. You need to at least look at your program monthly even after it works because you will need to alter it to keep up with the way your penis is toughened up by PE.

Its relatively important to be able to hold it but I wouldn’t stress it that will come. Kegelling with jelqing is a quite advanced technique and you need to be careful early on but you will be training the BC at the same time as jelqing and thats probably all you need to do.

imo you are maybe trying to kitchen sink your routine a little too early, jelqing takes some time to master and if you are doing kegel enhancement and high erection level jelqing you might be concentrating on the wrong bits of the technique. Are you using these methods because you find a simple jelq hard?

I don’t PE anymore so its not as trained as it was but I never went for a serious kegel routine or anything like that.

Well the swelling doesn’t really get better when doing the session wrap. My penis always feels like “pudding” after jelqing.

That’s true I find it pretty hard to do jelq strokes at low percent level (like 50%-60%). I have the feeling I don’t get enough blood into it. So what I mostly do is the following: Starting with 100% erection, doing like 10-15 jelqs with it, after that my erection gets automatically less and less, but that doesnt matter then, because due to the 100% jelqs I pumped enough blood into the penis to do the 50%-60% effectively (plus I always prevent the blood from flowing back by going very fast back to the base, as I mentioned above). Is that ok?

Another question: does jelqing affect the sensitiveness of the penis? If so, does it increase or decrase?

Sorry, I mean the 30 second stretches, rotating stretches, and simple stretches that people do initially to effect ligs rather that the long hold stretches people often employ for the tunica. Its a function of extended time in traction that seems to cause the base girth, in fact it encourages a kind of carrot shape.

Not really, most people seem to get base girth increases fairly early, some of that may be down to exposing more of the inner penis as the ligs are stretched.

Well I have foreskin and so it shows slightly differently for circumcised men but a little bit of swelling shouldn’t be considered too problematic. If it gets slowly worse or has not recovered the next day you have a problem.

How bad is it?

It sounds like you need to work on your basic technique. Thats fine, it took me maybe 3 months to reach a decent level of proficiency. With the low erection level problem there are maybe a few causes:

  • bad hot wrap - can you go any hotter, maybe hot wrap longer? Is your penis engorged after the wrap? Do you massage while wrapping?
  • general health - how are your erections generally, could you improve your diet?
  • penis related health - this improves with PE but maybe its worth looking at supplements or viagra as a way of improving erections.

It might be worth aiming for 70% errections but what do you mean by 100%?

I found my sensitivity increased slightly (which I put down to increased blood flow) but the penis get tougher generally which is a bit strange and alters the perception of feeling slightly. As long as you are carful of the top of the shaft (where the nerves are) and especially the top right behind the glans (where a major bundle of nerves is) you should be fine.

In the beginning I did warm up with warm water and increased the water temperature slowly until it was really hot. But this kind of hurted and I felt my penis becoming insensitive after this “pain” so I went over to using only warm water. I don’t massage my penis during warm-up.

Hey, I’m just 22 ;-) No erectile dysfunction, thats for sure. And I don’t think I should use Viagra :-) PE gave me hard as rock erection! But as long as it is not at least lets say 85% erect I have problems getting enough blood for effective pumping into it. One reason for that might be that my penis is pretty thin, especially when flacid or semi-erect. So I have problems getting a firm grip on it. When I jelq at 50-60% only my glans is engourged with lots of blood after each stroke, but the other parts don’t seem to be put under enough pressure :-(

Longer hold stretches. Its related to time under tension.

This is the problem with just dipping your penis. Maybe try going back to a wrapped warm wrap with massage, use a heating pad or try something like BigBamboo’s Aladdin’s Bottle. Massage helps a lot.

ED is possible at any age. Jelqing requires a different level of control of erections, you may just need practice but using a supplement can help even for the young and permenantly horny. PE gave me much better erections too but I still found having a supplement around (Male Response) helped some weeks. I’ve tried viagra but I can’t say I much like it.

You have to go with what works for you. Higher erections will definately lead to more girth.

This is the thing about jelqing you need to vary the tightness of your grip based on the erection level you have.

This Alladdin Bottle seems to be a nice thing. I will give it a try I think!

Btw, how long do these “long hold stretches” have to be? 1min? 2 min? half a day? :-)

I always went for 3-5 minnute stretches but experiment. The easiest stretches to perform like this are BTC or some kind of (V) stretch where you can pull your hand over the edge of a chair and hook your thumb underneath or use friction to aid the hand.

When I tried out the Alladdin’s bottle I made the mistake of filling the water too high and dipping my penis in near to boiling water. Something to avoid :) . Some bottles also lose their form pretty easily with heated water. I think its not as good as a traditional washcloth but its better than water directly administered.
