New to PE, some lingering questions

Hey there, first off I wanted to introduce myself - I’m 24, currently in the very Summery UK. I’m looking to enhance my size, primarily girth but I’m looking to go from just under 6 inches to around 8, and around 5 - 6 for girth. I’d prefer gaining in thickness over length.

One thing I’ve found when I do these exercises or have attempted them in the past - including some of the newbie routines on here - is that my sex drive gets the better of me and I get hard pretty fast. :3 I know that for a lot of them that can be quite risky. Save wanking right before, is there anything you can do to stop that? I gave the thread on masturbating before exercising a look and there seem to be a lot of conflicting views there. Bear in mind I tend to exert myself a bit during masturbating (taking it over an hour at times) and draw it out a little too much, so I’m leery of doing anything that’ll hurt that part of my body due to over-exertion.

Welcome Girthfirst, it will stop and get better the more you do it, just don’t focus on your issue too much. I personally don’t think it is good to wank it right before working it and I would never do that.

Another question I had was whether supplements in the form of pills (or whatever) are worth being used?

Additional growth (mainly in the form of girth), mostly. I don’t really have much of a problem staying hard or producing sperm, but wouldn’t be averse to supplements that boosted that too. I’m just curious if any of them can achieve that or if it’s mostly a scam. :P

I was also reading through the quickstart guide and it noted that length exercises should precede girth ones due to the latter being potentially dangerous, like

The semi’s and full erections will go away once you get used to jelqing. I listen to low music and focus on my rep count and quality. Puts me in a bit of a trance. That being said, I’ve progressed to the point where I want to be 80-90 percent while jelqing to get the best workout. You’ll get there too.

Thanks for the advice. :P Yeah, from the stuff I’ve read on this site it seems that jelqing is the main way to go when starting, so I’ll press on with the newbie routine for now and see if I need to adjust it at all.

About Kegels, are there any good threads or even demonstrations on how to do those? It’s the one thing I couldn’t find much on in the beginner’s guide or by searching, and I’m still a bit confused about what they are exactly. As for moisturising creams to avoid skin tearing, will any normal body cream do for that?

As far as supplements go, there are some that offer benefits such as harder erections, increased blood flow, increased pre-cum/cum load, etc. but as far as making your dick bigger, that is not the case. There are some threads on that in the supplements section that go into detail about that as well (I am taking some myself right now too).

If you are having trouble with kegels, think of it this way…the next time you go take a piss, stop it during mid-stream. The flexing you do to stop the flow of the urine is basically what a kegel is.

Oh and yeah, forgot to ask.. This might seem like a really stupid question, but is there any way to get your ball size to increase alongside penis size?

Right now I am switching off from two different stacks in order to help increase EQ and promote larger cum loads. These two posts explaining what I am currently taking for each stack. I switch between the two of them every few weeks in order to prevent my body from adapting to the changes and decreasing the effects.

You better read man or you will be making big mistakes and paying for them.

Any particular sources I should pay attention to other than those targeted at newbies and mentioned in this thread?

Basically I’ll give you some basic rules to keep you safe..

1. Never jelq too hard or you will bust veins and they will rise from below the surface of the penis to above the surface
2. Always jelq downward with lube, for 20 minutes a day (after you get your desired length)
3. Get length before girth
4. Don’t ever use a Vaccum device it messes up your penis urethra opening (lips)
5. If you are going to hang you have to make sure you NEVER hang for more than 10 minutes in the beginning and 15 when you get good.

6. Hanging is simple, it’s not hard, people make it out to be difficult, it’s simple if you are cut, and if you are cut it is the very best way to approach P.E. At the beginning. Fuck the newbie routine, go hang 1x a day for a week at 10 minutes per session and after about 6 months you will be LONNNNNG, then you begin your jelqing routine.

7. Warming up is important but it’s not that big a deal unless you live in the North Pole
