New to PE, need advice

I am fairly new to all this PE and I would like some advice about it. I would like to know what is the best way to get more girth and length, mainly girth.

Some easy techniques that makes results. And how long would I have to do it before I can see some results? Thank you.

check the newbie routine, the PE manual and jelqs and stretching videos. Take at least three months to start seeing measurable gains, in many cases up to 9-12 months. But you should notice harder erection right after the first week or two.

Going straight to girth exercises is a recipe for injury. No matter what your goal, you should start with the newbie routine and stick with it for as long as you can if you are starting to see results during the first few months. I’d go so far as to suggest you avoid reading too much about girth exercises because you’ll be too tempted to start incorporating them early.

The exercises themselves are all pretty easy. The commitment and discipline is what challenges most people.

11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

Take what you can get from the newbie routine for now. Try to do too much too soon and bam! Useless dick

Started PE 6/14/13. BPEL 6.5", NBPEL 5.5", MSEG 4.75"

7/18/13 BPEL 6.75, NBPEL 5.75, MSEG 4.875

8/9/13 BPEL 7", NBPEL 6", MSEG 4.875

Just to add a little to the great advice imparted above I would like to recommend you start by doing the following:

1) take beginning measurements. There are instructions in the Start Here section. This way you will have a bench mark to measure your gains against.

2) if possible, take pictures. I didn’t and now that I am measurably larger I visually still seem the same.

3) keep a log so that you know exactly what your routins are so that when you start to make gains you will know what worked best for you.

Newbie routine. Follow it. Most likely the initial gains you make on it will be your easiest.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)
