New to PE, My routine

Hey PE world, I’m 19 with a 5.7 erect dick, like 2 in non erect and 5in girth. I’m super dissatified with myself it’s just complete embarrassing with the size I currently have. The other day me and girl friend went out and jerk me off a little bit and I was just in utter embarrassment.

I knew that she thought it was small even though she denied it, who wouldn’t think that it’s small. You know it’s just really embarrassing to me and my self esteem is very low because of that. I’m a virgin and so is my girlfriend and could of have sex plenty of times but didn’t because of that and also because I’m saving it for my wife. Sorry for those who disagree with me on that decision but that’s me. Me and my girlfriend only really do foreplay nothing serious but we are soon going to get engaged when I come back from Marine Corps Recruit Training, I leave Feb. 25 (incase anyone was interested in my ship date). But enough about my life. I’m here for some gains in my dick my goal is to be at least 8x6 max would be 9x6 I’m perfectly fine with that as well. I’m really skeptical about PE and I’m sure a lot of others are to but hey let’s see how things go.

My routine consist of just stretching and Jelqing.

10 min stretch, 30 second hold on different angles
20 min Jelq. I go intense on that because I just feel comfortable doing it, it’ doesn’t hurt my dick whatsoever.

I was thinking about buying a extender to just stretch for about 8 hours a day and let the gains come from that but can’t afford that at the moment so ill just stick with manual stretching and Jelqing until I can afford it.

You are not small. The girth is even a hair over average.

About jelqs, going ‘intense’ will not carry faster results, will just raise the risks of injuries and discoloration.

Don’t think to an extender now, do the newbie routine for at least three months and see what it gives; beside that, if you ever will need an extender there are instructions around here on how to build an homemade one investing no more than 10-15$ and it will be more resilent than commercial extenders.

Jelqing should be smooth and not over pressurize the end of your dick! I’d like to add that the harder I squeeze while jelqing I feel I am losing sensitivity in my dick. That my friend is not good for the orgasm build. Yeah I can screw a long time but I have to really get my head into it and go balls to the walls to get enough stimulation anymore. I’m sure aging plays a role in it too as I’m 58. But I have always been a two stroke on the first bout so I really miss it at times. Remember that you only have one dick and if you mess it up you have to live with it! Good luck and lighten up on the jelqing! Use more strokes if anything.

Your first post makes me think you are an extremely high risk for injury. Your attitude and your line of thinking will only lead you to over doing it and injuring yourself.

Don’t be in such a hurry and you will maximize your growth.

Thank you guys on the feed back, I will cut it down to 10 min jelq then so I won’t over do it. I’ll stick with the newbie routine for 3 months and see my results. I’ll do a weekly update on my results. What do you think about “Bibs Hanger” ? Should I make a investment on that after my 3 months of the newbie routine ? Mariners it isn’t about the money, I just want results. I’ve seen results a extender can give, that’s why I mentioned getting one. But for now I’ll stick to Manuel PE.

Regarding pics: nobody expects you to publish pics. If you do it, you do it for your own. But I recommend to take pics, as your own documentation of progress. And maybe you do it the ‘Italian way’ - just take a pic with a small coin placed on your dick. Like this you have a solid size reference for similar pics in the future.

As to the first three months: forget that time value. Start slowly and gradually build up the Newbie Routine over 4 to 6 weeks. Measure once a month and as long as you are gaining stick to that routine.

It is a safe and well proven path. Pure manual works fine!

Oh and one more thing should I stick with 2 days on 1 day off ? Because I was thinking 6 days on 1 day off being that’s how I actually workout what do you guys think ?

2 days on and 1 day off is good and what I currently try to follow.

Hey everyone today marks my 1 week completed with PE today I’ll PE and tomorrow off and Sunday PE day and I’ll be posting Measurement’s on Monday to see if I got any gains so far.


It’s just my opinion, but I think measuring more than once a month is not helpful but can even be harmful.

The reason is a very simple one: psychology! Each measurement day is stress in a subtle way, because you want to be bigger than the previous measurement. It can create a sort of measurement anxiety, analog to performance anxiety. Therefore, less frequent measures are probably better.

Second thing: measuring each week may give you the impression of not progressing fast enough. In one week, usually not a lot happens. Imagine a quarter inch more in one week - that would mean 13 inches over a full year!!! So you may get frustrated fast, because your head says “Nothing is happening!” instead of “Wow, it’s working!”

I measure once a month, but only to check if what I am doing to my dick makes sense and generates results. And a measure is only “solid and confirmed” if I can reproduce it 4 weeks later.

Therefore this Sunday will get interesting for me: measurement day. And yes, I admit being a little anxious…

R65, I completely understand and agree with your logic as I tried to measure once a month. I ended up going down to every two weeks and now it seems every week.

I think it is about state of mind because no gains pushes me as much as seeing gains. It is so easy to slack on technique and consistency but still think you are doing your best. Everyone likes to see themselves in the best light and are not truly honest about how diligent they really were. I don’t stress if I don’t see gains but re-evaluate how good my workouts really were for the week. This then pushes me to focus on technique and track my PIs better.

I should add that I don’t take a 1 week measurement as gospel because I correlate the data over each 3 weeks or so before my official 1 month measurements posts.

Thanks you guys for the feedback really appreciate it. So I decided to measure myself just the first week to see what happens my work outs are great and consistent. Let me just get to the good part. I went from BPEL 5.7 to BPEL 6.4!! A slight in Girth as well but didn’t measure that as I’m really focusing on length for the moment no girth.

Wow! 5.7 to 6.4 I really didn’t expect that in just a week. Can’t wait for some more gains! I’ll keep posting on updates.

And Richard65 thanks for the feedback I understand where you are coming from but personally with me I can check my progress every week. Physchology I’m not the type of person to give up because there are no gains. One thing I learned with the U.S Marines is to keep moving forward and never give up. So If I want something I’m going to get it no matter if it’s fast or slow. Thanks again for the feedback, appreciate it.

Felipe517, those would massive gains for just one week of PE. I don’t want to ruin your party, but are you sure of these gains? Have you taken your measurements in a consistent and correct way? There are plenty of posts on how to take correct measurements, I would recommend you to read them carefully in case you would not yet have done this.
