New To PE - Looking For Help

Hey all,

I’m hoping to get started on this PE journey. I’ve been on and off the forum for months, but never actually tried.

My BPEL is about 6.5” and EG is 5.2”. Though my stamina isn’t the greatest.

A really odd request, but I’m looking for someone whose been PEing for a while to guide me through the process (like a mentor I can keep in touch with over e-mail or what not during the first few months of my PE journey). Any takers?

My goal would be a BPEL of 7.5” and an EG of 6”.

I discourage searching mentors. The benefit of a forum is that you hear many opinions and you can form your own judgement. Mentors tend often to be gurus, and gurus are full of shit :) . I would suggest starting a progress report, reciprocal support is fairly good here and it can help a lot.

Agreed!

But maybe we all can agree on that eating well and have a good routine with patience is a good way to start with?

We can agree on that and many other things, kallea. :)

Mentors have a small niche in the PE market if $100 is a drop in the bucket for you and you have read enough to know that this works but don’t have the time and patience to filter it all down as a newbie.

The right advice for most people is just follow the newbie routine. A genuinely written progress report thread and you will get some feedback along the way from many of the careful vets and moderators who keep the right information flowing to newbies. Your goals are entirely reasonable.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

Would you recommend the Newbie Routine or the Newbie Linear Routine?
