New to PE/JES extender
I have been using the JES extender for the past 4 or 5 months, but only about an hour a day average (some 3 or more, others less). I have noticed a little gain in the flaccid state, but little to none in the erect state. I know they say you should wear this device 8-12 hours a day, but it really can’t be worn inconspicuously at work. Has anyone else had success with this device. I am actually using both long bars and the short bar. Would I be able to speed up any gains by incorporating a short jelqing session the morning (say 10 mins, 3x’s a week)? The nice thing about the stretching device is that you can do other things while wearing it, whereas other methods (hanging, etc) seem to require you to concentrate solely on that method of PE, so you really can’t run around the house getting things done. Any feedback or advice to this newbie is appreciated.
