New to PE/JES extender

I have been using the JES extender for the past 4 or 5 months, but only about an hour a day average (some 3 or more, others less). I have noticed a little gain in the flaccid state, but little to none in the erect state. I know they say you should wear this device 8-12 hours a day, but it really can’t be worn inconspicuously at work. Has anyone else had success with this device. I am actually using both long bars and the short bar. Would I be able to speed up any gains by incorporating a short jelqing session the morning (say 10 mins, 3x’s a week)? The nice thing about the stretching device is that you can do other things while wearing it, whereas other methods (hanging, etc) seem to require you to concentrate solely on that method of PE, so you really can’t run around the house getting things done. Any feedback or advice to this newbie is appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

The JES extender, like the penimaster is simply an ADS device and as such either won’t give any erect gains or will give them so slowly as to be unmeasurable.

You need to use it as supplementary to a proper PE routine but you may find that even then initial gains will be slow because you are likely to have built up some resistance over the last 4-5 months.

Consider looking at either a hanging routine or a manual PE routine, using the JES after your routine, and judge whether this is working for you after a period of two months or so.

I will try a short jelqing routine before showering the morning about 3x’s a week and keep wearing the extender on some evenings. I thought about using cable clamps during the day while at work….I figure it shouldn’t be noticeable. Are there any rules of thumb about clamping, such as only wear for an hour, then take an hour break, etc.?

I think you are unlikely to see results from that.

The theory with most support here is that it’s best to gain length before gaining girth. Cable clamps are more of a girth thing.

I’m afraid you can’t part time this thing you really need to invest some time every day and consistently to see results.

I also believe that the JES Extender requires alot of consecutive time spent using it. I’ve been using one for 14 days so far, and have worked my way up to a 10 hour day with a 5 minute break every 2 hours. I am not very big so I havent put the additional bars on yet, and I don’t want to hurt myself as well. However I think that duration over resistance may help break things in at first. Giving it a try. I’m also wet jelqingx200 after stretching for 5 on 2 off days followed by hot wrap before and after sessions. Oh and edging, but not ejaculating. I’m barely at the tip of the ice berg and it may be too early to tell, but I already feel more blood flow during erections.

I would also like to post my opinion in here.

I picked up a peni-master (quite similar to the JES) and I have been quite sporadic and slack when using it.
None the less I’d say I’ve clocked up at least 100 hours maybe 150 in 6 or 8 weeks, which is pretty low but I do also pump.

I’ve seen flaccid gains from either pumping, kegeling or the traction device as well as much healthier erections, but distinct erect gains are not to be found yet.

I don’t feel like I’ve wasted my money though, something feels right about the traction device even if it is slow, plus it’s easy to use and like you say, the ability to do other things makes it so so much better for me.

EDIT: just to clarify, yes I absoloutely know a lot of my lack of gains is due to my own lazyness, but I still feel the PM is a slow working device.

I believe we’re in the same boat my friend. I’ve been using mine for about three months, but about 3-5h/day. I haven’t measured yet, but I can’t see any gains at all really. That’s why I picked up clamping, I want girth, and for the length-compensation, I will get a Bib-Hanger.
